4 WTFs run today. Chaos tired of STF. Not pleased with having to find someone with Usurper either. Looking forward to next week where at least any toon I want can start the ITF. even though I hate that one too. Stupid defense debuffing mez resistant romans.

Of course I'm suggesting it for the exact reason you think. It is a pain in the butt to form an RSF when not all of my toons have done the arc. I need to do RSFs for my WTF reward. Therefore devs hate villains.

Having to run Recluse SF and needing a badge that requires 3 full arcs to get sucks. Should make it so Recluse allows you to do his SF if you've ever done an RSF.

Also unless Dark Servant is just a set mule it's underslotted for accuracy. AFAIK pets don't benefit from set bonuses.
I would swap out the Glimpse of the Abyss set in Fearsome Stare for Cloud Senses. The tohit debuff is more valuable than the fear IMO and you keep the same recharge bonus.
I would also take Darkest Night. It's extremely valuable against hard targets.
Really I would change just about everything, so maybe I shouldn't be offering any suggestions.
