So, he gets exp, inf, and prestige fine on his own. Still don't know why he didn't get anything when lackeyed up. Anyone have any ideas?

I was playing the game with my wife, as usual, logged in a level one, had her team up with him, lackeyed up to level 17. After a few enemies defeated in her mission, I notice that he was not getting any exp. Checked my settings in the General tab under Options: both are set to "Earn XP." Tried rebooting my computer. Still no exp. Would really like to play some, but not without exp. Hope it's not just me and something will be done to fix it.

And yes, I did report it as a bug.

Maybe they cut it off? Don't know about anyone else, but my wife and I saw no doubling in experience nor prestige on Friday. What gives?

To clarify, we played the last double xp weekend and got two of her characters leveled up from 24 to 25 and 26, which was one level for one and two levels for the other. Friday we played one of them again for the same amount of time as before, trying to reach 27, but all she got was 3 bubbles. Also, we were consistently getting odd-number prestige rewards. That never happened last time. Now either they reward fractional prestige (oh WoW, how stupid would fractional rewards be?), or the prestige isn't doubling.

And no, we saw the warning, so we avoided MA like the plague.

I got the same error just now. I use Windows XP, so it's not limited to Vista.

Allow me to officially let them know right here and now that I have yet to receive my 36 month Veteran reward. My wife received hers right on time in May and, since we have played exactly the same amount of paid subsription time, I should have received mine then also. Can't seem to get any response to my ticket either. Can someone help?

I don't see an issue listed, that I have reported to Castle, that is still not resolved: My Robotics/Traps mastermind, Drone Keeper, cannot use certain powers from the Traps power set without rendering his protector bots more stupid than usual. Specifically, when the shields placed on other robots by the protector bots expire, the protector bots will not re-shield anything if Drone Keeper has any of the following active: Caltrops, Triage Beacon, or Poison Trap. They also will not re-shield if the shields expire after he/his team has acquired the kidnap victim in a kidnapping mission and everyone has received the ridiculous debuff that was originally designed to punish stalkers. Would be nice if someone would at least acknowledge that this is actually a bug and not what was intended.

Ugh! Well, I don't know then. Must be some rare glitch. Sure was sad though watching first my tanker, then the ally, and finally my wife's defender get slaughtered with no chance of beating them.

So, no response to my observation about the elite bosses. Hmm.

Also meant to ask what happened to the arc "Hell Hath No Fury" that you mentioned above. Never saw it either.

Are you hoping to re-do the borked arc, or could you just tell the plot, for those of us who missed it?

Unfortunately, I think "Dyne of the Times" has a problem, unless it was your actual intention to have a room full of Doc Cyber elite bosses, in addition to getting a patrol spawn consisting of 4 Doc Cyber elite bosses, when playing two characters in the storyline on the lowest difficulty setting. The other one was fun and easily soloable with my wife's defender.

. . . and now that I have, that story is no longer available anywhere that I can find.

Ah, yes. That, I can definitely relate to, heh. I ran out of room in my sig. Didn't even get my other two mains, but since they are low and progress rarely, I try not to let it bother me.

I had already read the other works of yours linked in your signature, and enjoyed them, when I noticed this story linked in the body of one of your responses to another person's post saying that they had enjoyed your stories. I feel that this origin story is well-written enough to be included in your signature links and wondered why it was not already there. Keep up the great work.
