Was this in an AE mission? I know those can have reduced XP, depending on how they are set up. I'm not sure if they can have no XP.
What mission were you in?
What server?
Did you try street hunting to see if that gave XP?

Also, I reported incompletely. He received no exp, no inf, and no prestige, and it didn't even show the zero like it does sometimes when you have XP turned off. Yes, he was in SG mode. My wife did receive inf and prestige for the same enemies, she has her XP turned off.

So, he gets exp, inf, and prestige fine on his own. Still don't know why he didn't get anything when lackeyed up. Anyone have any ideas?

Hmm sure it's that he's not getting XP and not that he had his chat options set wrong and just not seeing it.
For example had clicked on the help tab and don't have it on Global or that Global has the rewards listed.

another way to confirm is to keep a look at your XP from the in game number. Track the XP earned and see if it changes when you kill someone.
I remember an old bug that stopped XP from being counted to the end of the mission.
Thought if this is the error or not I have no idea.

Of course, a L1 teamed to a L17 should level up pretty quickly for the first 4/5 levels, so the dings would give it away.

Okay, this has gotten even weirder. But I'll get to that in a bit.
No one was level pacted.
The first mission usually levels up a level one lackeyed up to a level 18. We've done it enough to know. Some larger missions even get a level one up to level 3.
The reason we know there was no experience gain is that there was no experience in the bar whatsoever at the end of the mission. I wish I had thought to check sooner because we wasted all that time trying to level me up.
Today, we reversed the situation. I played my level 18 and she played her level 1. The results were slightly different. Her experience in the first mission was 10. 10 exp. For the entire misson. I had asked her to check after the first enemies we fought but she forgot, and I just assumed (dummy me) that everything was fine. After that we went out to try hunting just to test. The results are discouraging.
When we passed a group of Goldbrickers that I skipped because they conned grey to me, they attacked because (dummy me) I forgot to turn off my Mud Pots from the mission. So I said to them "You gotta be kidding me! I am really not in the mood for you wimps!" and slaughtered them.
She got experience.
For the greys.
They were even grey to her at her lackeyed level of 17.
So we tried a few different enemies to test further. The closer they were to my level, the more experience I got and the less she got.
This damwell better not be WAI.

This also does not happen any more once we leveled up to level 2. Mission awards all appropriate for both boss and lackey.
Even though I reported this in-game as a bug, I would like to know who I should PM about it. I think this must be some sort of bug that should be fixed, if not top priority then at least ASAP. Can someone point me to the correct person responsible for this sort of bug?

I was playing the game with my wife, as usual, logged in a level one, had her team up with him, lackeyed up to level 17. After a few enemies defeated in her mission, I notice that he was not getting any exp. Checked my settings in the General tab under Options: both are set to "Earn XP." Tried rebooting my computer. Still no exp. Would really like to play some, but not without exp. Hope it's not just me and something will be done to fix it.
And yes, I did report it as a bug.
