Like the title says, I can't start the "Negotiator" badge mission in Ouroboros. When I select the mission, it says the following:

You cannot add that contact.
EDIT: Note that this was on a new Street Justice character, created AFTER the launch of Issue 21 (obviously). -

I always kind of thought the "*hooorb*" sound was an inhaling noise similar to the sound you get when you move a straw up and down through a soda cup lid, though. -
I noticed this was an issue while creating a costume for a character concept the other night. On a male model, I could NOT color the ears to match the mask.
(Did not attempt with female or huge models.) -

NekoNeko, you can actually go to ANY Freedom Corp rep to complete that mission.
I've done that mission about 7 times now, and all but the last time it directed me to the rep in Steel Canyon. When I did it last night, they said Croatoa, so just for kicks I went to the guy in Steel anyway, and he did indeed give me the correct dialog and send me to the next mission (which was in Steel). -

Well, on the bright side, I found a roommate to take up my second bedroom (which meant cleaning all of my computer stuff out and decommissioning my office *sniff*). I honestly only popped on here to make sure that my setup was working correctly after moving everything down the hall.
But of course, since life can't help but pancake with me... my new roommate is my ex-girlfriend, who just got a job in the same office complex (not same company) where I just lost my job. She can't handle the current hour-long commute from her parents' house to the office, so she's renting out my extra room. Yes, I know, it's about the weirdest thing ever.
Still, at least I don't have to worry about her stealing my stuff and pawning it, like my youngest sister's roommates always seem to do... -

No permanent items have been discounted below 20% at this point, though, you are correct.
EDIT: As Void Huntress points out below, Costume Slots 6-10 are currently 25% off. Math error on my part.

Well, judging from the way I began the thread, it's not exactly like it was a shocker.
Business here hasn't been great all year, even prior to them cutting my hours, and I sort of expected this to happen... but not to the level they're making cuts. They've dissolved the entire team I work(ed) with and discontinued the products we sell--er, sold. A couple of the software developers are being reallocated to other projects, and the project leader and sales person will probably find other positions within the company, but the secretary and I, the tech support guy, are pretty much S.O.L.
So... uh... anybody need a tech guy with significant phone and offsite support experience?
