Tuesday again, that means it's NEW STUFFS DAY!
This week, the only addition seems to be the finale to Signature Story Arc 1--"Who Will Die?" part 7. As with all SSAs, it's free to VIP subscribers, but can be purchased by Free/Premium players for 400PP. Will Statesman's death be avenged? And what will become of the others who have been attacked by this up-and-coming, Rularuu-obsessed villain?
There are quite a few sales this week, with the Mastermind AT and all the pet-related Store-Bought Enhancements from last week carrying over for another week of 25% off sales. Added Beast Mastery to the OP and spreadsheet. Should be fully updated now.
I also tweaked some phrasing in the OP so it no longer refers to attuned store-bought enhancements as IOs to avoid confusion. (I noticed recently that there were people who were under the impression that what most are calling "SBOs" required an invention license because they were often referred to as inventions, but this is not the case--SBOs will work 100% without an invention license.) -
And of course, right as I say that, they post the sales at least... And GOOD ONES, too!

Looks like the store wasn't updated at midnight Pacific tonight... I'm guessing it's waiting for the patch that's coming in a few hours.

Nothing too impressive here. Got my new Dark/Dark Controller from 20-35 between most of Saturday evening and a couple hours on Sunday.

Your friend will keep all of that on their account even if they decide not to continue subscribing after that first month.
*(Note that while they'll get Demon Summoning unlocked, Masterminds are considered a restricted AT, so they'll have to either buy the AT, continue subscribing as a VIP player or become a Tier 5 Paragon Rewards customer to have Masterminds permanently unlocked.) -

This is incorrect. Patrol XP is 1.5x, not 2x.

I will agree that it's unfortunate that there is no option for jetpacks currently (or scabbards, quivers and just about any of the other back options that have been repeatedly asked for since the game launched). They always said that was due to a technical limitation in the way costumes are built... but then they started adding back options last year and said that wasn't a problem anymore, yet STILL haven't fulfilled the majority requests for back options. Jetpacks are at least on the table, though--the upcoming Retro Sci-Fi set will have 2 or 3 different jetpacks available in it, possibly even more.
Everything else you said is a matter of opinion; some of them (those wishing for new superhero-themed costume options) are valid for discussion, while others (those knocking existing parts specifically because they're not what you wanted) are not. Regardless, this isn't the thread for that discussion. -
What rule is there against there being super pilgrims? And it's not like there are absolutely no other uses whatsoever for a buckled hat... (why, the Leprechaun pet is wearing that same hat, in fact!)
And I actually have a leprechaun character that I made with the release of the Steampunk booster named "Pot O' Brass." I don't play him often. Heck, I think he's still in the tutorial. But I liked the concept enough to make him and not subsequently delete him.
So don't go knocking additions to the store just because you don't personally like them. Someone out there will see plenty of uses for them, even if you don't.
... If you want to knock their pricing on the other hand, knock yourselves out. I'm way too busy rage-waving both my middle fingers at the $10 price tag on the Leprechaun Pet to type in a coherent rebuttal to stop you. -

The "Teach Flamespout a few lessons about villains" mission from The Dragon's Whelp tip is currently bugged. After rescuing Flamespout from Malta, the nav bar says to talk to him, but his dialog box does not have a way to reply or forward the conversation at all.

To further clarify, you can get Incarnate Shards anywhere except the Incarnate Trials and Dark Astoria as long as you're fighting even-level or higher enemies.
