i think there was another thread about this, dont know where it went, but i had same issues when i ran it
i just dismissed and got new one

The "Teach Flamespout a few lessons about villains" mission from The Dragon's Whelp tip is currently bugged. After rescuing Flamespout from Malta, the nav bar says to talk to him, but his dialog box does not have a way to reply or forward the conversation at all.
