No one can "win" this argument, because it's unwinnable. If you want to stay a subscriber (and I do) then stay a subscriber; if you don't, well, then don't. For me, the benefits to being a VIP subscriber as stated in everything I've read thus far far outweigh the benefits (not paying $15/month) to dropping to Premium. If you don't feel the same way, then don't subscribe. It's a pretty simple solution.

Knowing the new costume slots are global, I could potentially see myself purchasing them - though I rarely (actively) use more than a few of the five costume slots my toons already have.
I am okay with most everything in i21 other than the enhancement boosts. I know that ultimately the boost they provide is very minimal, I just don't like the idea of something that enhances a toon's power available for purchase. -
I'm honestly not sure where to post this. If this is the wrong place, someone please let me know.
I have an extra Viktoria 2011 SDCC costume code and would love to trade it for one I don't already have, like the carnival Ring Mistress.

I got 4th tier Spiritual Alpha today and, voila... DP is permanent. It fires about 1 second before the last one wears off.
That said, I am going to respec and put two charges in Haste. It makes sense to do it that way, and should help my other powers activate quicker as well.

Will my current build support it, by slotting two more recharges in Hasten? There seems to be conflicting opinions.
Having Hasten perma does make sense, if it's feasible. -
Maybe ditch the three Aegis in Tough, just put a dam resist in it, increase Dark Blast to six so I can use the last siphon insight to pick up the AOE, fire, and cold bonuses there, and get rid of the fourth LOTG in Weave?

The idea of making hasten perm is appealing. So if I respec and put two more recharges in hasten, that should do it? Any advice on what I should remove to make that happen? I'm thinking the fourth LOTG in Weave, as my accuracy is pretty good without it. Not sure what else I can lose, though. -
Let's for a moment pretend I'm an idiot, because I'm sure feeling like one right about now.
Right now, I have control-clicked Dull Pain to make it go off automatically. It does so every 127 seconds, seven seconds too late. Are you saying that I need to click hasten every so often to insure that DP goes off in under two minutes? Because I can't control-click two powers to make them go off automatically, can I? Do I need to respec anything? If so, what?

I based this build on another I found in the forums. I made a few changes, but nothing that would adversely affect enhancement recharge. Their build says it has perma-dull pain, but mine doesn't. As it stands, Dull Pain recharges at 2 min. 7 sec. - seven seconds after the effects wear off. I'm not sure what else I can do to make it permanent.
Would putting a standard recharge IO enhancement in dull pain help? I'm not sure what to sacrifice if I do that.
I do have the third tier Spiritual alpha, which gives 33% recharge rate. Would the fourth tier (45%) Spiritual alpha shave off the 7 seconds?
Any advice would be much appreciated!

At the risk of showing my ignorance... why would that build's creator put a Kismet (+6% accuracy) to Weave when just adding another Luck of the Gambler would get a 9% bonus to accuracy?

How did that final build work for you? Any tweaks? I ask because I'm trying to respec my lvl 44 MA/Regen and am using your build as a template.
I noticed you didn't add extra slots to health/stamina. I always triple slot each, out of habit, but that may be unnecessary. How is the build working for you?

Pathetic. If they haven't fixed it by now, I suspect they never will. And I'm not changing Dracula's name, nor Frankenstein's, or any of the others. It's insane that those names are consider "copyrighted."

This is just nuts. It doesn't take a lot of brain power to know what names are copyrighted and what aren't. I can't believe this has gone on for so long.

I agree, it's just plain ridiculous. And what simpleton decided that "Dracula," "Nelson," and a bunch of uncopywriteable words and names are copyrighted in the first place?

Here is the response I just received to my petition:
"You will need to change these character names if the Architect interface says you should. The Development Team is aware of the issue, and any work you do to change them before any change to the Architect system itself should be viewed as a workaround."

I haven't done anything in AE for a long while, but recently went into it and realized that my AE mission, Attack of the Monsters of Legend (arc id #82060) will not work. Upon investigating, I see that a lot of the characters and mob groups are flagged with "ProfanityCopyrightDetected." Since there is no profanity anywhere in the missions, I assume this is due to copyright. The thing is, all of these characters - Abraham Van Helsing, Dr. Victor Frankenstein, Dracula, Larry Talbot, Frankenstein's Monster, The Wolfman, etc. - are in the public domain, and have been for something like 100 years!!
I've sent a petition, but it really annoys me that some idiot decided that these characters were copyrighted. What a joke. I suspect I'll never gain any satisfaction via the petition, so decided to post it here. -

I made a nifty steampunk costume for one of my toons, and then the game crashed while I was zoning and I can't log in that toon anymore. (but I can all my others.) I hope that doesn't indicate a bug in the pack!

Yes, it does, but none of those exactly match my character. I was hoping that someone could offer advice based on the Archery/Devices/Munition Mastery sets. But thanks, I will look through those links again.

I'm more of the latter, I drop a trip mine and a time bomb, then shoot an arrow and lead them into the trap. I don't spend a lot of time setting up traps, honestly.
