I'm a flight junkie. I love to fly. Pre-Issue 21, I slotted Fly with a BotZ Knockback Protection IO, and called it a day. Now, with Afterburner, I'm not sure what the most optimal slotting for Fly and Afterburner are. Any ideas?

Fantastic job, y'all. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better Rikti mothership raid for my first time on Exalted. Y'all truly represent the VIPs.

Time Manipulation characters can't enable a toggle power that automatically repels all nearby baddies, and then set a Brute or Scrapper to auto-follow.

I made a new Sonic / Beam Rifle Defender last night, and began my heroic career in Atlas Park. I know yesterday's patch notes indicate a bump in the respawn rate of Hellion Informants... but I think that may not be the only mob to see a bump in the respawn rate.
I was given a mission by Aaron Thiery to take out five Arachnos Commanders, near some Arachnos pylons. Before I managed to finish taking out an Arachnos Commander and his group of buddies, another group would respawn right next to him. I seriously got a whole level's worth of XP just from trying to make it out of there alive. I couldn't stop fighting. When I finally ran out of inspirations, I got the heck out of dodge, and snuck back in a few minutes later to take out the pylons to complete the next mission.
Now, I realize that Defenders do low damage, but still it seems to me that the respawn rate is a tad high if another group respawns before I finish the first group... -

It always kinda amused me that of the servers I'm on, the only one that *didn't* use Pocket D as standard was Virtue.
Also, RWZ can only hold up to 50 people, while Pocket D can hold up to 200, iirc. -
Some servers mostly used Pocket D for Incarnate trials, while other servers mostly used the Rikti War Zone. Personally, while I think Pocket D makes far more sense, you may want to occasionally look in the Rikti War Zone for Incarnate trials. However, Exalted is still less than a week old, and free server transfers haven't gone live yet, so it's mostly occupied by toons lower than level 50. Give it a week or two.

BMT of Exalted and Exalted Events seem to be the same thing, and my channel list is full! I won't join them all. In time, I may have to drop Exalted Events (the one I joined) in order to join Exalted Incarnates. Such a shame to have 3 channels when 1 will function well. I don't think there will be too much traffic if all 3 channels merged. It's actually Virtue's fault (my native server), which has multiple TF channels, multiple badge channels, and multiple LFG channels.
Please learn by example and don't let the channels run amok like in Virtue. ONE channel (and it's spillovers) can do everything. ONE channel is efficient. The only reason I can see for having an Exalted Incarnates is for snobby elitist reasons.
Please, mods of all 3 channels, get together, choose one, and shut the others down! One global channel for events is all we need! What will happen if there's multiples of all 3 channels? We'll never be able to get together! I have chosen one and will miss out! I'm not giving up any more channels.
I imagine it'll all settle down in a few months. There'll be one or two channels running, and the others will slowly die off. In the meantime, we have a dozen Exalted global channels because everyone and their mother wants to be king of their own sandbox. -

I will host a Rikti mothership raid in the Rikti War Zone next Thursday, September 22, at 8:30 P.M. ET / 5:30 P.M. PT. All level 35+ are welcome. We will meet on the rooftop just south of Pylon 17.
Come get Vanguard merits, two reward merits, an exploration badge (which is necessary to unlock the Rikti War Zone beacon), and work towards two other badges. Most importantly, come have fun! -

Going Rogue is still a separate purchase atm, but will become free for VIP members that never bought it once Freedom launches. If you look at the online NCSoft store, you'll notice that it specifically states that Going Rogue will no longer be available after August 29, 2011.

Channels:
1. BMT of Champion - Ask @Cherry Cupcakes or @Born Again Pingu for a channel invite.
2. Champions United - I believe it's open to join, but it also may be full
Alpha slot: Requires Going Rogue. It basically acts as a global enhancement. The further up the tier ladder you go, the more powerful the global enhancement. Once you have Going Rogue, you can obtain it by running a mission arc from Mender Ramiel in Ouroboros, or by running Incarnate trials. It's been a couple of months since I played City of Heroes, but most Incarnate trials were formed up in the Rikti War Zone, and most likely still are. -
