If I have a Touch of the Nictus: Chance for Negative Energy Damage slotted and the proc fires resulting in a killshot. Will the heal go off or will it be wasted? To be more specific, does the proc's damage tick before or after the healing effect?

Regarding server population. If you are solo or the team leader, click the Find button or simply type: /sea. This will open the search window for finding players.

Once the window is open click the Search button, leaving all fields blank, or default, and this will give you an indication of the players on the server for your faction (hero or villain). It will list the level of the players, where they are, the archetype (class), etc. If their name is greyed out it means they are on a team.

You can then refine your search using the controls available.

Silas is right. The respec system is less than optimal.

It would be nice to use a respec to change only 1 power if that's what someone wanted to do. A caveat to this is the level at which the power will be switched may affect the use of the new power, though in a case like that someone could do a full respec or expand on the amount of partial respec. Anywhere from 1 to all powers editing would be nice.

I don't want to see a character being able to respec all their enhancements. I could accept doubling the amount of saved enhancements to 20. I don't think I could agree to even half of enhancements being saved and unused.

Account-wide storage would be fantastic as long as it was separated by faction (hero/villain) and no recipes. If someone likes a recipe, craft it and store it. There is no need or reason to store recipes that would be anything but to fluctuate the market.

I think trading for respecs is overpowered.

I would like to see that you could trade them in for unockable costume pieces. For a possible example, trade in 1 for two pieces of Vanguard of your choice, trade 3 for Cim armor or the witch hat, trade 5 for unlocking a relevant weapon type of your choice.

The above would be my vote if they ever considered a trade option on those tokens that I think would be fair and not overpowered.
