Naming your character in an MMO is a sacred thing. Its probably the single most personal thing about your character. Especially in an MMO that does not allow for a lot of character avatar customization, where your name is probably the only real differentiation from any one else of your race/class combo. MMO designers should take this seriously, and make sure that you have the players interests in mind when you come up with your naming rules. -
"Morality Merits" has a nicer ring to it

Perhaps this is a clue that it'll take longer to get enough to buy a purple recipe than it takes to get from 20 to 47.

Its under testing and still subject to changes, most likely in the rates of earning and the 'costs' of the rewards. I dont think the system per se will change much now it has been disclosed publicly.

I want to say its 90% XP (so a 10% reduction), but I can't find the relevant patch note. Grrr

This is likely due to a touch of latency. The server is seeing you 'move' a touch, the last step or so and interupts.
Pause a moment, then attack. It should go through without a hitch. -

The Development team don't set the rules
The GM's do. Whilst part of the same compnay, its a group with a whole different set of responsabilities.
If you wish to verify an edge case, you could petition yourself, or submit a query through the website to the GM/Customer service team. -

LoTG 7.5% bonus is different to a 7.5% set bonus. (the rule of 5 goes on the exact name)
all 6 will work OK.
Another commonly used example is the Karma, Steadfast and BoTZ +4 knockback protection all have different names, and you could theroetically stack 5 of each for 60 points of -KB. -

Last night in the space of 15 mins. I got two purple drops., one from a COT mob that immobilized my fire tank in the Portal Corp Parking Lot and caused me to fight him (Was in SJ not CJ).
The other from the single mission I ran on her.
Streaks are part of randomness. -
Occasionally a team with enough KB can stack enough to throw down such a foe.
It seems more random timing than planned though. -
From my experience very few use dual builds.
I think PVPErs may have a greater use, but from my in game buddies, almost everyone has used it just to get a 'ski-ing' build for the winter event badges.
I do know of one person who had a dual build for PVE content, one for normal play, one for stealthing TFs with rceall chosen especially early. -

I have been know to tag a group down the corridor with Full auto, despite targeting on the front critter.
3 dam/range Hamis in it makes for fun times. -

I'll often use assist targeting, and not just through the tank
As an example on my kin/dark defender, when cycling through the speed boosts, I'll be throwing off aattack, siphon power, fulcrum or transfusion through whomever I happen to have targeted at that moment.
