Anything that requires more software to use it, is not a simplification.

Edit: that is what the Updater is for, it will verify the game file and get you anything that was missed. Minimising the amount downloaded from the servers.

I meant for download. An iso isn't necessary as the game does not need to install like that. the game data will not be that compressed by a Zip or Rar archive.

I agree that some alternate sources of download are needed but you don't need an Iso or Zip/rar file, They just muddy the waters.

The point is it doesn't need to be an iso or a zip/Rar file just a folder with the game client in it. anything else is pointless.

You don't need to install the game so why would you need an iso at all?

you just need the game client.

Given that vista 32 bit can only 4 gig of total ram (including your GFX card) yeah, a mistake, but not a major one.

You may need to find the hotfix as it won't be standard in vista till sp 2.

Nope. there is a really good reason, there is only one version of each set. everyone with the same power pull the information about the models from the same source. This is why they can't do power customisation either. A change to those powers affects everyone with the power at the moment.

Changing that fact would require a massive rewrite of the game engine.

Stop including your personal opinions as to what happed and just what did, where it did and at what time and you'll be fine.

If you need to add more than that then use the form on the main site.

Um, you do know there are lot of major issue with the back bone in Europe at the moment? If you didn't, well then, there are major issue with the back bone in Europe at the moment. Causing problems for lots of MMo's. i would imagine that it is exasperating the already connection intensive maps in the ITF/LRSF.
