What do you consider High Level? I got it from fighting 40+ and perhaps even 45+ as I was in a big group.

is there any way we can get the Mu Guardian Gladiator changed so that it's for any Mu type?

you unlock archmage tarxius (or however the hell you spell it) when you get the SOUL BINDER badge for CoT mages, not Lorekeeper, and I believe he even says something to the effect of "I will have a task for you if you can punish the Circle of Thorns", call me crazy but a history badge doesn't seem to qualify as punishment

The badge for trapping 50 ghost pirates (pirate ghosts? :P) is called PIRATE not privateer, privateer is the badge for sky raider sky skiffs

dude, just be patient, and sell your dropped enhancements to the corresponding stores and you'll be ok, besides you don't have to have them all ++ seeing as you'll be shelling out like 20k for a .5 percent increase, I'm at 35 right now with over a million infamy and I probably won't be buying anymore until I hit 37, don't freak out because this isn't coh and you can't just conduct a transfer

sometimes it's better if you do outlevel an arc, for example I have a level 26 brute on victory, there is no one my level to team with and I am trying to outlevel a mish where I have to fight a level 23 hero (basically cov version of an archvillain), I will probably have to wait one more level simply because it will take me more time to get some infamy for so's so I can finally beat that mish
