You probably have grounds to ask for a refund then, especially if the set you beta tested was not the set you bought.
Paragon Really do need to allow people to try before they buy when it comes to powersets. -

I know quite a few online games with cash shops, offer refunds if you buy something and don't like it. Within a certain period of purchasing it.
Perhaps Paragon Studios could learn something from Riot Games, and have it so that after a week or two of being out, a powerset goes on free trial for a few days. To let people try before they buy.
It would save them money in the long run, their whole no refunds clause? Kinda illegal in several places around the world, like the UK. -

That's the thing. It's to early to know anything for sure. We can speculate that a year from now, all extra goodies will be paid for at all tiers, but that is merely speculation at this point and quite frankly, indications are it won't be that way at all.
Out of interest, what makes you think the Gunslinger costume set will be free? If its anything like the costume art it will have had a lot of work put into it.
I mean they charged for the Barbarian set, which had a lot of work put into it, they also charged for the thorns set, which doesn't seem as polished. So what indicates the Gunslinger set will be free? -

A slight problem with that is a subscriber used to get costume parts (not many), powersets and quality of life upgrades as part of their sub.
Now if they want all three they have to pay extra.

2hours is supposed to be standard maintance. It's now running at 3 and a half hours.

Body discovered in Overbrook.29th Late Edition paper, 30th regular papers.
Police divers this morning discovered the body of missing former teacher Jane Smith (27), M.A.G.I were also on hand at the scene, sources report that the body was found in a ‘ritualistic’ manner. Both Jane and her husband John had been reported missing close to two months ago. Police have not issued a statement whether they believe the husband to be alive or dead. -

That would be true Sam, except the devs still arbitrarily decide what comes out based on what they feel is best for us.
"You can get it in any colour, as long as it's black" still applies if the art team for example decides to only release it in black. You could just not get it, but that has always been the option. -

This time is not one of them. 'Because it clips' is an excuse (yes, excuse, not a reason) that is as old as Statesman's underwear. And it STILL hasn't stopped pretty much every costume piece to date, the vast majority of which can and will clip with a variety of other pieces. Hell, certain female shoes still clip with the feet they are on. If that's not double-standards I don't know what is.
Try trousers with boots on any none standard sized female character. It either clips at the backof the leg, or at the front of the leg, heck some even clip through the back and the front of the leg. -

While I love Freedom and First Ward and such-not, I'm still not happy enough to drop certain points that still seriously irk me.
Because sooner or later the Dev Defense Force, will arrive and drown out anyone who has an issue with the way things are happening.
Is it any wonder that the dev's have such a high amount of hubris about their actions, when they've got dozens of bum lickers, applauding every move they make?

Something that has been bugging me since yesterday, why is the 'Suggestions' forum in the 'For Fun' section of the forums?
Are we just waisting our time with our suggestions, since they are just for fun?
