There's also Traps to go with! That gives you enemy debuffs and ally buffs which buff you as well (mez protection is always nice).
Trick Arrow...come on...Oil Slick lighted on fire! What's not to love?
Cold Domination is awesome! You'll be late game for the debuffs however, and you may feel like a buff bot, depending on if you think buffing your team (never buff an entire league) is to much for you.
My suggestion to pair with Archery...Traps or Trick Arrow. -

I'm not a huge fan of steampunk as a genre but I love the fact that we're getting a pack of parts I can mix & match. I'll find uses for the parts in costumes that aren't strictly steampunk just as I've never made a martial arts guy but use the MA pack parts all the time.
I'll be buying it for sure. I bought the cyborg booster, and I only make constant use of the belt out of it.

So far on my Spines/ELA, it's looking to be doing okay once I get it all IOed out. 2 Damage auras, the ability to chain the previously mentioned Spines only chain...tough single targets shouldn't be any more of a problem than my DB/WP and the Spines will have better AOE. -
Claws/Regen (1st 50), Katana/Regen (2nd 50), MA/Regen, DB/WP (3rd 50 and currently namesake), MA/WP, FM/WP, DB/SR, DM/SR, Spines/DA (4th 50), ELM/FA, and MA/Shield!
Out of 30 level 50's (at least one of every AT except the two HEATS), and a Spines/ELA working it's way up, seeing as how over 1/3 of my 50's are Scrappers, yeah, I'd say Scrappers are the best AT
And now with the Vanguard Pack, I'm making a new Claws/ Scrapper! \o/
Some of that list are actually me still trying to find the perfect fit for my namesake!

I remember my first created character was a Claws/DA Scrapper. Back in i3, Winter Event was going full swing. I knew I had screwed up my power choices/slotting something FIERCE, and that's what brought me to the forums.
Been a fun ride and doesn't look to stop.
I continue to love Scrappers more than any AT. They always have that perfect comicbook superhero feel to me! -
I'd like to see the time between spawns sped up at the very least.

And even though I think the whole steampunk look - not just CoH, but as a style in general - is ugly and clunky, I think they're done an awesome job to capture that look for this costume pack, and I'll totally be getting it to help support the game
That said, I imagine alot of new Assault Rifle users coming to the three cities.
Power Proliferation and a Martial Arts Secondary (you know, I did suggest one, that seemed to go over pretty well if memory serves Just saying) for Blasters is what I hope more for.
These are also things more likely to get people away from their 50s (when I say this, I have nothing against all the 50 content) and into some new toons.

Well, Spiritual has the benefit of giving some added +RCH when faced against -RCH. Also the +Heal helps regen and +HP.
Masculation gives more damage.
I'd stick between those two and decide which you want. I went Spiritual on my DB/WP and don't regret it.
Untill Judgement power, which gets benefit out of Masculation but not Spiritual! -

Hey, they are not my characters, but given the ham-handed way (complete with leaden writing) that the Manticore/Sister Psyche romance was handled, I cannot say that I am enthused about the new reveal. I expect to wince yet again as the story unfolds.
As is typically the case, D_R's stuff will likely wind up smoking this, too.

Yeah I'd agree that the Half-Blood Prince would easily be one of the least enjoyable of the series as well.
But HP7.1 was still my pick for the worst installment so far. It was too slow and plodding in some areas while other parts were clearly rushed and/or glossed over. Basically it was badly edited and really felt like the franchise was just "phoning it in" at that point.
I'm still hoping Part 2 will in some way vindicate Part 1 and make the product as a whole seem more worthwhile. I don't recall it being terrible, though I guess I can see it as seeming slow, more so because that part of the book was rather slow, and I thought the movie sped it up nicely.

But really, only one of them helps against untyped damage, and would you really take permanent 5% def and 5% res over permanent 200% regen on an invuln?
200% Regen, you're right, is awesome! However, Dull Pain is already putting you at cap Hit Points, and Siphon Life is continuing to heal you.
Regen will let you recover from the hits you take...90% Resists and pushing your defense for the harder targets (which require 59% defense if I remember correctly)...you have a need to regen less. -

I hope this last movie is worth it. I've seen all the other Potter movies so far and for some reason I consider HP7 part 1 to be pretty much the worst one so far. I'm hoping that with part 2 I can reevaluate both parts as a single installment and think better of the two movies together as a complete effort.

Actually, I'd say one of the big mistakes of that time was not killing Aunt May, or rather not letting her die. They had a chance to have Aunt May dying as a result of Peter going public with his identity so the superheroes could look at that and decide to stop fighting each other at the very least but instead we get Cap surrendering so he can have some dumb ***** get in his face about Nascar and Facebook.

Really, this sounds like their way to get ready for the new Superman movie, so they can forget all about Superman being America's Superhero.
Superman has always gone out to save the world, or just save people from other countries. So they should already know where Superman stands. -
