GOODNESS! What in the world is Dark Armor doing on a Tank?! They're supposed to be getting all the aggro, not Cloak-of-Darkness-hiding from it! Someone tell the developers they've made a mistake!
It's like you said, Blazing Aura is out, so Hide gets put in it's place. Nothing else needs to be removed.
BU -> Fiery Embrace -> Burn -> Assassin Strike -> Placate -> AOE or BIG ST Attack -> WIN!
Burn being a pet, my guess is it wouldn't break hide, just like Lightning Rod. -
Scrappers and Blasters are like the two most common ATs. You're going to see a lot of them.

Been working on a MA/Regen build, trying to pull off SK-CS-SK-CAK DPS chain, while maintaining just 30% to all positionals.
Sadly, so far, no luck. Gotten all the positions to roughly 27%, but couldn't get the recharge I needed.
I've done the same with a DB/Regen who got roughly 27% to all positional defenses, and could maintain the BF-Attack vitals combo.
Problem I had with that build was redrawing. So still working on it myself. -

Nevertheless, the other costume bits are nice. I'm not really all into the steampunk stuff like some other people are, but I do like the guns and backpacks. I'll probably get some use out of that steam burst emote, too. But good grief do I hate the goggles on hats thing. It just looks dumb. -

It's thematically inappropriate for a Scrapper to hide behind ninja tricks. Just like's it's apparently non-thematic for a Stalker to carry a shield.

Well, some IS covered - especially anime in Tech Sleek, Overguard, Vanguard, etc. Medieval has... er... medieval, but a little more variety would be nice.
If they did force fields, I'd want it more with power customization for EA to look like the Praetorian PD - glows when hit.
Now that would be some nice EA power customization!

Hiding post count wouldn't, losing forum titles...it wouldn't do anything to stop anything, other than possibly having people say high or low post count.
And really, it may be to late for some. They may already be known as having a high post count so the person who says such a thing could just mention it anyways.
Besides, as far as forum suggestions go, I'd rather see the person in charge of the Forum trying to lift some of the restrictions in the Comicbook section vs removing post count.
Used to be a lot more active in that part of the forums. -
They've done a bit of this with Praetoria. I wouldn't mind seeing more.

I used to slot Fearsome Stare for fear until I switched and slotted for the -Tohit.
This combo offers:
--2 ST holds
--1 fear
--1 stun,
--1 sleep,
--1 aoe stun,
--1 toggle -Tohit
--1 heal that has a -Tohit
--1 intangibility power(If you want)
--1 pet that heals, holds, debuffs and Immobs
From the primary you get stacking -Res that can also stack with the -Res from Tar Patch. I am sure I am missing more but right now I am at work and will edit this post.
I would go with Sonic/Dark/Psi
Now I'm not going to say a Sonic/Dark Corr isn't awesome, but the OP has a Fire/Dark, I'd say switch it up if he's looking for something new.
Though if he wanted to keep Fire Blast, I'd suggest going with Fire/Traps. -

Finally, no. Just because certain people have billions excreting from every orrifice is NOT a good reason for everyone to get smacked with the jerk stick and penalised with 10mil costs on things that make no sense. As is now, I have no reason to even glance at the WST on my main. Why should I? I have a T4 Alpha that Im not moving. The WST offers me nothing. I can't change it into something I can use, its break down is of no use to me (shard 'upgrades' have a criminal price tag)
First off you get bonus merits from doing the WST, that right there is usually worth it imo.
Next, you get a Notice, which you can just break down into shards, which you can then convert to Threads...10 Shards+ 2.5 million influence for 10 Threads every 20 hours.
I have yet to see a downside to the WST. Not to mention the big XP end of TF boost it gives you, that you can use on leveling characters.
No. I don't see a need to just make Notice = Emp Merits without something more added in. Maybe not the 50million Influnece I suggested, but enough to be substatial.
Like you said, I was wrong, the Emp Merit gives you 20 threads. -

Rad/Thermal!
Rad changes things up from the Fire Blasting you've been doing. Thermal Radiation because its a good set and not many seem to use it. -
I've found getting those defenses up greatly improves the survivability of a WP Scrapper, not to mention getting as much added HP as you can. Take more hits, regen it back faster.
Of course, Brutes and Tankers will be stronger with WP. They have more Health. A large part of WP's defense is it's regen, so those two ATs will just win out.
Brutes who have the same numbers as Scrappers when it comes to WP's numbers, will make out better due to just having more HP.
Sadly, that's just how it plays out when it comes to deciding on just the survival aspect. Brutes beat out Scrappers. -
I think it should have an influence cost to it!
Emp Merit breaks down into 10 threads.
Notice breaks down into 4-6 Shards.
10 Shards can be turned into 10 Threads once every 20 hours.
So a Notice isn't worth an EMp Merit.
So tack on a 50million Influence to that sucker! -

If it were turned into a PBAoE, it is VERY likely the recharge would be increased to the point that it would be useless as a "My teammate needs unmezzed NOW" power.
That's the main usefulness of Clear Mind, if someone is mezzed, you can unmez them right away. A long recharge PBAoE would make it a lot harder to do that.
You'd have to both move over next to them (which could, and probably would get you killed frequently), and it would have to be recharged. I would expect a PBAoE Clear Mind to have about the same recharge as the RAs or Adrenaline Boost. It would likely cost more end as well.
Seems to me that a lot of the people who want changes like this don't want to play a healing/buffing character....they want to play a blaster with heals. Same goes with suggestions to let Empaths target themselves (which opens up a whole new can of worms aside from overpowering issues).
I just said they'd find themselves with some mez protection
One could hit the PBAOE CM, jump in, be protected from mez on the initial volley of attacks. -
