I guess I should have known by now somebody like Iggy would have posted a /regen build that is soft capped to S/L. Price range is listed as not too bad, so it would at least be worth taking a look at.

Been working on a MA/Regen build, trying to pull off SK-CS-SK-CAK DPS chain, while maintaining just 30% to all positionals.
Sadly, so far, no luck. Gotten all the positions to roughly 27%, but couldn't get the recharge I needed.
I've done the same with a DB/Regen who got roughly 27% to all positional defenses, and could maintain the BF-Attack vitals combo.
Problem I had with that build was redrawing. So still working on it myself.

Thanks for the help on the links have a ton of characters but never really setted them out so i figure its time to make a few as tough as i can get mostly now with the new trails
If you wanted defense, why did you pick Regen?
Not trying to rain on your parade, but as a very wise user manual once said, "Not all combinations make sense."
Regeneration is not a very good set for those seeking to stay alive longer than everyone else. That said, I have only seen one method of obtaining reasonable defense while being able to use the best attack chain. It involves getting as much recharge as possible then cycling Shadow Meld and Moment of Glory. Builds attempting this method usually have pool power defense toggles to reach about 20% defenses.
