Apparently the Beta Server has tagged my account as lacking a current subscription, where-as my live account was recently padded with a 60 day card. Any tips on this one? I've tried repairing and updating.

Actually, Emil and Guido's resources and anger were directed at the character for most of the Arc. The issue was never resolved between them, and I'm pretty sure they're still fighting for the position of governor.
Also, as I stated, a level 10-15 SF for Red side would be a boon for those who enjoy SFing through those levels. -

Villains have been in need of some more content and an extra SF to run (we love you Devs for Mortimer Kal), but we also would not mind an extra SF to bridge the gap in the lower levels. This idea has been floating around for a little bit (I've seen a couple posts suggesting this would be nice). What I am proposing is a very enjoyable experience:
A level 10-15 SF centering on Emil Marcone's battle with Guido "the Mooch" Verandi in Port Oakes, with Emil finally putting his foot down and hiring the nastiest Villains he can find. Apparently that truce between them didn't last long, because now they're up in arms and turning Port Oakes into a warzone in the process.
The Marcones have had enough of the Mooks, and this time a truce won't stop the bloodshed.
A nice little 6 or 7 mission SF that could be formed by 3 Villains. Although I don't think with as big an event as this that the Family and Mooks will be the only ones involved. I'd expect Hellions and even Arachnos would get caught up in this bloody bid for power. I don't have much on the ideas as-is, but I'll add more with what comes to mind.
And hey, Emil Marcone may not be the only one putting down big for "super" assistance, I'm pretty sure Guido Verandi would be happy to get some villainous muscle on the Marcones.
As for the badge title...hmm. Any thoughts on this one? I can't come up with anything that isn't cheesy. As for rewards, I was thinking a random temp out of a pool of 3 could be useful: Summon Gunner, Blackjack (minor damage, moderate stun mag 3), or a slight buff to your damage and acc for a few in-game hours.
Just a suggestion, don't eat me alive too soon. -
Ehhh...knock down the Psi resistance to 10-15% unenhanced.

Quote:Which I hope is the Shadow Shard.
Rularuu would be a worthy candidate for the Well to back.
And as an added bonus it gives Villains more access to the Shard.
I highly the doubt the Well would back Rularuu (let alone Rularuu take power from something he would consider beneath him or as his equal), but more-so fear It should It ever become whole again. -

Quote:Sadly, I didn't get very far, as I was only really spamming Warmth and Cauterize, with the occasional Fire Shield. The low levels are agony.
Partly why I abandoned by Robotics/Thermal...until recently with the announcement.
I'm going to advocate /Dark. It's solid, the -ToHit can be generated as "temporary" defense, and a LOT of it. Plenty of utility for the people that enjoy being busy and very nasty with the debuffs. Ever since the changes to the heal radius, /Dark for MMs has become increasingly stronger. -
Quote:It DID, thus people are not forgetting it. The devs gave that reason for chosing to remove the powerset that brutes already had, which is why it is quoted so often.
True, there have been minor changes to fury generation since CoV beta, but you will continue to hear people telling you why it doesn't exist for brutes because some of us were there and saw how you would have been wrong back then.
If I can generate fury on a completely locked down enemy WITHOUT having them cycling through attacks, then Ice/Ice is justified. The discussion against Ice/Ice being ported to Brutes is invalid. Fury generation in the here and now is MUCH better than it used to be. If EM/ can generate fury, I fail to see how Ice/Ice will not. -
They'll fix it when they fix it. No need to bump.

Quote:I really hope that this is used as a way to make purple and pvp recipes affordable for a change... Not all of us have been playing for years and have tons of purpled out characters. It's a struggle for newer players like myself to finish a solid build. I've been playing for less than 6 months, and about 90% of the inf I have at all times goes towards building up one single character. The prices on some purple sets and PVP procs are absolutely absurd.
You do not need Purples to finish a solid build. -
WM is somewhat better, especially since the clobber changes. Both of them have the satisfaction of hitting very, very hard. The sound of Cleave tearing apart tiny baby men is definitely on the higher end of my enjoyment list. Battle Axe still hits REALLY hard when you get fury going.

I'd put my finger on anywhere between 21 and 22.5 for Poison revamp. Just a 'hunch'.

So...what do we call it now? 8 Masterminds don't just turn the game to "mush" anymore. We need some ridiculous pudding-like substance that is the perfect metaphor for just how powerful 8 Masterminds will be now...

Quote:Black Scorpion has spoken! MM Upgrade costs are getting reduced!
All Hail Arachnos! /salute
That's actually amazing. Wasn't TRULY bothered by the costs, but overall that's awesome.
Now it's time for me to put on the Merc pants and PM him some consolidated changes. -
You could make Antidote into an AoE. Use the same animation type as bile spray, only coming out of a beaker. It could work.

I just hope they don't boost the endurance costs like they did with the Pet Training.

Hmm, a couple pages of saying the same thing on this topic.
Yes sir, nothing out of the ordinary here. -
