The first winter event back in 04-05, with the first Winter Lords. Winter has taken hold of Paragon City, and the lakes of at least Atlas Park, and Steel Canyon were frozen over giving slipping/sliding effects to anyone if they wanted to "iceskate". It was nice, it was different, meant the city was not stuck in an eternal spring/summer for months and months.

I'm not saying either way I would or would not like weather, but even a little change would be welcomed by me.

Since Release, I would have liked to re-emphasize the street sweeping of baddies in zones.

People back then complained they didnt do the story arcs because the rewards were not justifiable for the time, compared to killing mobs 5-6 levels higher than the group with a good team. So then mission rewards were increased, and the streets of Paragon grew quiet other than the occasional "Kill 10 ______" missions.

I think I3 broke ranged, and gave melee too much power. Ice Armor and Invulnerability, remember when you can only have one toggle at a time? No mobile mez protection... Unless you were regen with Integration. Fire tanks mez protection was standing in thier Burn patch... hehehe. Then Blasters got the mez protection from the same Burn patch, and that lasted all of maybe 7 days. Fire Manipulation was good for 7 days...

Blasters were designed initially to put out damage. Range as defense was a good defense, until EVERY mob was given a range attack with default sniper range to attack hovering players out of melee range.

Back in 2000, I was lost and picked up a game because I remember playing a version on the Super Nintendo some years prior. It was Mechwarrior 4. My good news is a little old, but I liked the game so much after I found out, I had to share it with you guys.

From the Western Pacific to ALL the October Justice babies here. Figured I'd get you all in one whack cause I remember this is the biggest b-day month of the year with 30 or so of them going on.

Also the NAVY was "born" in this month way back in 1775 on the 13th.

In all my time playing coh I have never received a purple drop yet...

When I can play, which is usually 2 AM in the morning or so for stateside... Id be more than happy to team with ANYBODY. If I can find a new person online addicted to the game at that time Id be more than happy to help them learn the game a little.

I tell them where they would want to concentrate on leveling and try to stress the importance of enhancement slotting. I HATE explaining the enhancement diversification mechanic to new people though, the powerpool mechanic to select travel powers, and if they are playing a powerset I havent actually touched before, like super reflexes or claws, Id try to deflect them to someone who has more experience with them or ask the global channels.

But... if its something about empathy, I'd feel sorry for them because I can actually lecture for hours. =/

love new people, love teammates, love helping out the learning curve.

My ships in town, if anyone here knows of nice sights to see or places to dine and get internet would be helpful

Been to Townsville and it was VERY nice (read: warm) in the middle of winter. So, if anyone would like to show a sailor a nice time in town, itd be a great time .

I did! Spent the day walking around exploring and touring Townsville Next couple days were going to be in town, The area is so nice, its great having people speak your same language! Wont be able to be on much because of duty but next chance I'll post some photos in my photobook account. I heard were coming/going to brisbane in a couple days... cant say when though. Other two ships in my group is up at Cairns now and stuff.

But all in all, number 25 was great
Theres an assortment of restaurants, bars, clubs and local attractions. Great for a vacation.. Id swear I was in Miami or maybe Hawaii.

Ah, if I showed you all the temperature here in Sasebo, half would kill me, other half would try be envious. It's cold.. but not too bad, Id say 40's-50's right now. It just got cold today because a cold front moved through.
