Corruptors are my favourite AT so you can definately count me in. Just let me know the time and the place, it won't take me long to catch up to level 6.

Oh and /cold corruptors rock in a team!

I would say you will need to pick up stamina until transference. Not to sure how well you will get on relying just on siphon speed until IR. I have an energy/kin and I did it just fine, but then I slotted 2xAcc in Siphon Speed, plus energy has the luxury of aim, so I didn't miss with it even when trying to siphon from higher lvl enemies.

I don't think that picking up tough or weave from the fighting pool is worth it for corruptors. I'm afraid you will probably have to wait until you pick your patron, then you will have access to one of their shields. I think the shield is available at lvl 41 (correct me if I'm wrong, I don't have a corruptor this high), and are available in either resistance or defence forms depending on which patron you choose.

You should try soloing a AR/Cold corruptor. Quite possibly the most difficult toon I have when it comes to soloing. Put him in a team and it's different story. I think it largely comes down to how soloable your secondary is. A lot of the corruptor secondaries are very team orientated, with the exception of /Rad and /Dark. If you look at the cold secondary set, some of the early powers (2 shields and frostwork) are useless outside of a team.

Just realised (from reading another thread) that tactics has fear resistance, and considering how many heroes have tactics I may have to rethink my plan. Anyone have any experience of fear vs tactics? Especially when tactics is stacked?

I've had a lot of fun soloing corruptors. The only one I have trouble soloing is my AR/Cold, it does seem a lot more team based.

As already mentioned your secondary is very important. Rad and Dark are probably best. I found my energy/kinetics very easy to solo, KB is incredibly useful solo and kin enhances your damage and recharge rate to nice high lvls that your dps is very good. I could comfortably solo EBs with my NRG/Kin.

I'm currently having a lot of fun with my sonic/rad. Loads of debuffs and -resist in your attacks seems to work very well, and of course you have AM.

I'd definately be interested in doing this. Is your intention to have low level doms, or high level ones? I'm a bit confused. My highest is a lvl 40 fire/nrg. I would be able to make a regular meet (depending when of course), oh and i'm usually on union.

Hey all, after trying out a few stalker combos i've settled on a DM/DA. Having loads of fun at the moment (currently lvl 12) but could really use some advice. I will be using him for PvP and will be focussing on the fear and -acc part of my sets. Any help with slotting or builds or general pvp stalker advice appreciated.

Is it worth slotting my attacks with tohitt debuffs? I figure that I don't have much defence so it might make all the difference?

Is it worth slotting all my fear powers for fear duration?

I figure that it will be possible to stand my ground and scrap with this stalker as their acc will be lowered and half the time the enemy will be terrorised.

Also I could use a couple of general stalker tips, what's the best way to use placate? How should I slot AS and do people slot Hide?

I can join either of the Saturday or Sunday runs if you can squeeze in another Brute.

I would love to, but unfortunately I'm stuck at work. It wont take me a minute to create one as I already have the idea in my head.

I think it is naive of people to think they can go into a pvp zone and expect people to not attack them.

They get extra XP because of the added risk that they are in a PvP zone. Sending tells to people asking not to be attacked because they are trying to get XP defeats the point.

The same goes for badges I'm afraid, if they want the PvP zone badges they have to expect to be attack.

I also get annoyed at people who say, don't attack us we are duelling. You want to duel, go to the arena.

In the rare event that I'm in a PvP zone I will expect to be attacked by anyone I come accross and I will do the same.

I can be on from 7pm. Is everyone rolling a new toon then? I will need to as I don't have any medievel ones. Be fun to run around the early levels together though.

I'd be interested in joining if you are planning to have regular meet ups.

Fire cages really come into their own once you have flashfire. It isn't worth using it much before then as you will grab too much aggro. Once you have flashfire, which is a group disorient, hit them with the cages and you have a second AoE hold (with cinders being the other).

Slot up char as soon as possible and practice continually swopping your targets and have as many mobs hit with char as you can, building domination with your secondary powers at the same time.

I found fire/fire to be quite tough until lvl 32 when the imps arrive. Powers like fire breath will get you killed quickly in a big team until you get your AoE holds good enough.
