And with the rogue expansion, we'll get the superduperinthemiddle AT that gets to do truly stupid things like make an...

Of course with the recently announced Going Rogue, restrictions are about to come off.

Brutes still won't have claws and therefore: Fail. Fix that an it's all win! -

So who's the chick with the glowy balls?

A redeemed Demon Summoner named Desdemona. The guy is a fallen hero named Maelstrom.

Source? (because I have a feeling that you're right.) -

doing it on average of 9:15 on my current Claws/SR
Attack chain of Follow Up->Slash->Focus->Swipe
So that's 197.65 dps

I'll hit it again tonight, but I'm pretty sure that my last run using the same chain with my claws/sr was 13mins for a DPS of 177.
EDIT: Why, yes, I am thinking about having Bill's wings ripped out of his back so that he can get hasten. -
I don't understand this discussion at all.
Before stamina, end management is a pain in the backside unless you use regen. Or a tank with WP.
It sucks. It makes the game dull and annoying. I've fully fallen into the camp that powerlevels to 22.
I am Jack's disgust towards downtime. -

What are the prospects for a Strong/Pretty guide these days?
[/ QUOTE ]
Last I checked, everyone that's attempted to write such a guide suffered massive cerebral failure due to too much strong and pretty. -
The claws are talons. You might not like it as much as you'd think.

That's what I hear.
I have been going through a dearth of fluffing and your arrival was amongst the best timings EVER.

Right then.
I'm Bill Z Bubba and I approve of this message.
Or would that be massage? -
Nay, for the Kheldian taint still lingers! I love the cysts and extra spawns so that bug never bothered me much.
-
I have a slightly different take on PBs that what seems to be the majority opinion here.
I started my PB on day 1 of kheldian go-live. Over the course of however long it took me to level him up, I hated him. He did get better when they removed the inherent dam-res debuff. Some other changes might have occurred before I was done as well.
But in the end, he got deleted at level 50.
I recreated him not too long ago and he's back in the 30s, but last time I played him, I was reminded that he still wasn't very good.
I should respec him into a human/dwarf bi-form and give him a few nights to see if the recent range and dwarf changes are enough to make him fun, but I don't have high hopes.
For me, the PB is flatly inferior to the WS. And coming from a soloist, that's a bit odd considering how the two are described. -
I just kept my mouth shut and played follow the leader. Boxxy had been kind to me the day before and I didn't want to return that kindness with spite toward a few bad eggs.
-
Wipes can be fun. I would have had fun on that ITF you got me on if the downers on the team hadn't threatened to kick me if I didn't hang out like a good little domesticated scrapper.
-
The giant arrow is giving me Omen flashbacks.
Which I enjoy. -
Yup. If we had brutes on the hero side with all available powersets from tanks and scrappers, I wouldn't bother with scrappers any more than I bother with tanks now.
Brutes > Scrappers > Tanks.
(And I've no doubt that my scrapper brethren are about to beat me senseless as a heretic.) -

It's frighting how much faster and cheaper video cards have gotten in 3 years.

The technological singularity is about to roar, perhaps? (Vinge's book is incredibly dry reading, but I dug the concepts presented.) -
Ahhh, I bet the only difference is with accuracy. Which I doubt a buncha kids would even notice.
This thread DID manage to make me want to go out and get a new bow, however.
So that's a good thing. -
Cool. Learn something new every day. So arrow should be notched on the same side as the bracing arm, not the drawing arm?
-
And to make matters even worse... he's not quite wrong:

It depends on the bow which side the arrows rest on before firing.
Umm.. actually... I'm finding it difficult to find a picture of any bow, long or compound, that notches on the right side of the bow.
This one might be:

This one is definitely on the right side:
