Thank you, Doctor Roswell.
I was less concerned about if it was being deliberately blocked and more concerned about latency. My wife and I have done a lot of research before accepting the the job so we know they are very open in their policies.
Sounds like I'll be able to feed my addiction a bit longer. -
I'm due to move from the US to the UAE this summer. I've been a long time player and would love to keep playing. But I have found no information on if the game can be accessed from there. Posting here to see if anyone would know.
Thanks. -
Quote:I've got to agree with this, otherwise what could be awesome just becomes meh.I gotta say, it looks awesome.
I still cannot find a use, however, for travel powers that detoggle entirely rather than just surpress toggles. I know the tech isn't there to allow combat on the magic carpet, but supression would be immensely better than retoggling for 20 seconds after each use (if it's possible). If such a change were to occur, I could see myself picking up both the vanity travel powers. -
On Liberty we had a fail because of bad lag. The UI for everyone participating showed we dropped both within a few seconds but they both got back up. I contacted support to see if there was anyway we could salvage the situation and got the response that the problem isn't on their end.
So my team loses out on rewards and and support is convinced the lag is my problem and seems to have nothing to do with the servers. Amazing since a massive number of players that keep reporting the lag in the BAF. But no, it's my problem.
How, exactly, are we supposed to run the trials when no one can move? I guess for now I'm done unless these are fixed. It's too frustrating otherwise. -
A little disappointed the animal fur isn't available for normal hands and feet, but overall a good set I think.

I have the same error trying to access Triumph.

Keep everything. I'm all for the old with the new, even if it doesn't look up to speed anymore.
As for the non-animated tails, keep them. Some people use them, and I like having the options. -
This appears to be the tread for this sort of thing.
I used this thread and others for inspiration, and added a few things of my own.
Air Hockey Table
Bowling Lanes
DDH Machine Dance Dance Hero, that is.
Recluse's Claw Game You can kinda see the prizes...
Exercise area Ring, mats, stationary bike, free weights, and hidden in the back is punching bags. -
Ug, the medic. AoE plus a weapon that seems to have a shorter range? Horrible.
I wrote a custom macro to keep my medic alive. Tells the rest of the pets to attack and keeps the medic in bodyguard mode near me. The side effect seems to be less grenade usage, and more actual healing done because he draws less aggro.
And Serum right now is worthless. I'd love an Air-Strike power. MM nuke!
The Spec Ops do use the Tear Gas, but the visual isn't very strong, and I find it easy to overlook. I do agree with the suggested reduction in recharge for Tear Gas and Flash Bang; too long for not enough effect.
And a pony. I want a pony. -

Quote:Is there an easy way to edit the the logs then? I'm looking for a better way to filter out the unwanted information fairly quickly. It can take a couple of hours to edit out everything I don't want. (I really don't care how many Council Marksmen I've take out that day, yet that is logged too. And Arena chat always seems to have something horrid in it.)No. It's a simple on/off toggle. It's not really an issue, though. You can always edit out the extraneous info, if necessary. i log all of my chats, on all of my characters, all the time, just in case i need to go back and check on something someone said. (When you RP a lot, you don't always remember what should have been very memorable scenes.) It doesn't really take up that much space.

The mercs carry more status attacks, while the bots have slightly more firepower.
I have a 49 mercs/traps, and a 43 bots/ff and honestly couldn't say which is better. Both are quite fun. /traps is more active support, while with my /FF set up it defensed passively. IN both cases, I have the personal attack powers so I can fire along side my troops. -
I've got a 43 bots/FF MM and it can tear just about anything up solo.
I don't have either of the Deflection or Insulation powers (I find constantly having to rebubble tedious and annoying), and I have the personal attack powers so I can blast away with my bots. I picked up Swift/Health/ Stamina to support my Leadership toggles (All three!), and also have Aid Other and Aid Self to use when I need it (I skipped Repair). I rely on the big AoE bubble, the Leadership pools, and thr Protector bots for protection, and I'm almost with in spitting distance of the soft cap for defense, even with only using common IOs. The only Patron Power I have is the armor from Black Scorpion. Odds are I won't take others.
Getting the Assault Bot will make a difference in firepower. Plus I find it fun to summon and have that huge sucker slam down.
I don't have the exact build written down anywhere, but I hope this helps. -
I searched the forums and did not find an answer.
I like to use the auto-logging feature to keep track of chat during SG meetings and other times. However, it seems to log just about everything; global channels, combat, even channels I never use (Arena, for instance). I know about the /copychat command but I don't always remember, and of course can't use it if I crash.
Is there anyway to set the chat to only log specific channels?
