Et nos GMs n'aiment pas qu'on leur fasse de la publicité (bonne ou mauvaise) mais le fait de ne pas poster les noms de nos GMs ou vos correspondances officielles est pratique courante pour éviter les réactions souvent injustifiées à leur encontre. Parfois leurs procédures de travail sont strictes, et bien qu'elles évoluent avec le temps, elles ne sont pas forcément toujours très "sympathiques", mais elles sont nécessaires lorsque le nombre de pétitions reçu est élevé.

Le fait est que beaucoup d'entre vous ont une expérience tellement riche à partager avec nos nouveaux joueurs ou avec nous. Je veux juste m'assurer que cela se passe dans les meilleures conditions possibles pour que tous, vétérans aussi bien que nouveaux joueurs, puissent contribuer sur ces forums.

Je sais que tous le monde ne sera pas toujours d'accord avec mes obligations de modération mais je peux vous assurer que je répondrai toujours aux messages que quiconque sur ces forums m'enverra.

It is illegal to sell or purchase existing accounts and you may get a few nasty surprises too due to account restrictions. Getting the account banned for instance is one of those nasty surprises.

I seem to remember a case when a player sold his account to another player and then petitioned us to say that his account had been hacked into resulting in the account being banned after we figured out that he had actually sold it. This goes against our User Agreement.

We can find out when accounts get sold. When one game account get sold, it is the entire NCsoft (ex-PlayNC) account that needs to get transferred to the buyer, which implies that the seller needs to update all the account information to match the buyer's details. But there are always a few things that they can't change on the back end and that make it easier for us to figure out what happened.

And I am looking into possible ways to get that EU CoV Collectors Slide power. I should have more information about that tomorrow.

And I spoke too soon, I was actually able to fix it on my own, the European English Veteran Reward page is available once again.

That is an ongoing issue we have been having with our internal systems, we brought it up again this week to our technical team. Apologies for the delay!

I'm just the cheesiest person ever...and proud of it! But honestly, I have seen abominable communities in other games (that I won't name) and I consider myself lucky. Most of you are respectful people, sometimes angry and frustrated but most of the time just nice and passionate

...I'm being cheesy again *sigh*

While I appreciate the creative talents some are displaying here, I'd also appreciate if you could use different words than the ones requiring you to circumvent the filter!

I use expletives such as "Sugar!" everyday, and while my team hates it, I know I am being courteous and polite (and a good girl, yes I am!).

Il va vraiment falloir qu'on établisse une trêve dans la section francophone, ça ne m'amuse pas plus que vous de devoir supprimer messages et discussions mais certains ne me laissent pas le choix. Contrairement à ce que certains pensent, je ne le fais pas parce que je suis tyrannique mais parce que moi aussi j'ai des règles à suivre.

D'habitude les GMs sont en mode invisible et ne peuvent être traqués sur l'outil de recherche. Celui-là testait un des problèmes rapportés par un joueur.
