Speaking of pricing; any plans on putting the 2 extra 10 enhancement slot storages on sale (you know for like 600 points each)?
I will admit I was one of those that didn't think I would use any server transfers, but since they're sitting there, I've used a few for convenience. BUT - I really like the idea of having a choice of "like" account services because choice is always better. -
I hate to assume, though I probably could here, since you listed the Saturday and Sunday times as EST that the Friday times are as well?
I really like this idea, I've been working on alts mostly, so scheduled times for itrials will allow me to target certain incarnates that need some love and others that need badges.

Katana/Regen scrapper, awesome choice Z, but then I'm not biased or anything.
This build is the actual build I'm currently using on my Main, Asgardian Blade. I'm constantly tweaking it but for now, this is how he rolls. It's an inexpensive build fully IO'ed out but it's not something that will break the bank. I've used reward merits, A-merits and AE tickets to build the more expensive enhancements over time. The 2 Hecatombs I got as drops. I'm saving empys to fill out Hecatomb in Soaring Dragon if I can't get them as drops.
I build weapons toons to minimize redraw as much as possible, hence, no EPP and no Hasten (plus hate the FX, so I dropped it last respec). I've got enough recharge from set IOs and yes, I do take as many powers from my primary and secondary to establish an attack chain and build defense as I can. I took CtW to slot Perfect Zinger for the bonuses and I'm using it as a pulling power to thin mobs. He's also fully T4 incarnate with Spiritual, Barrier (also Clarion but not often), Pyronic and Reactive. The incarnate powers don't affect the build overall, just really nicely enhance it.
Of course, with everything, it depends on your preferred playstyle. I could do better with him, but I have a disease which prevents me which you may have heard of it: Altitis. I blame Synapse... (can't wait for staff weapons!).

Mostly I just want the Hasten thing.I'm throwing another vote on the pile to be able to turn off or tone down the effects of Hasten. Super Speed would be a bonus, but it doesn't bother me as much. I've stopped taking hasten on new builds and now respecting it out of my main who doesn't really need it with set IOs. Mainly if you (devs) could have a way for all of us to turn of the effects for Hasten and Super Speed I think you'd solve "a lot" of issues that people have with power pool customization -

Well, unfortunately I am alone. Saint has a family emergency and flew out this morning, won't be back 'til week after next. As I'm all depressed 'cause he's not here and for the reason he's not here, I think I'm going to run this one with you guys so ya'll can cheer me up. So what if I faceplant into my keyboard at work the next day.

My 2 pennies.
1) Due to computer inadequacies in the past (barely above minimum requirement computers do not a fun task force make!), I very, very rarely ran TFs and have never run any Shadow Shard TFs. So I would really like to run all Shard TFs with Asgardian Blade. If the group decides not to do Dr. Quaterfield as the regular event, I'd still like to get a group to run it sometime.
2) Saint and I are both VIP so running the SSAs aren't an issue. Personally, I'd rather run stuff you are required to have a group to run instead of something that can be soloed/duoed. However, if you decide to run them, I'll be there cause I enjoy our Saturday get-togethers.

It's gotten to the point that the first thing I look at when checking out a new game is how many characters can I create...
That said, I really enjoy the 1-50 game so I have lots of alts in various stages across multiple servers although I consider Infinity my "home" server. I do enjoy the incarnate content and have a main incarnate and a few others climbing the tree. Mostly though, I play the 1-50 content with alts upon alts, some with stories, some without, some get shelved, a lot get deleted. But a few... a rare few, get to 50. -

I'm suspecting or hoping that all of this is a moot point once I22 is released with the newly revamped DA incarnate zone (hopefully the new gathering place for all incarnate trial goodness and hopefully with all the amenities provided in RWZ).
