On the last Sutter you and I were on, Primal Duray never teleported and never called in an airstrike, and since then I've been trying to figure out the mechanics of that fight.
Can you post a recap of the fight when done?
Also, I don't know how helpful this will be, but in this thread Black Scorpion says that Primal's Teleport has a 2 minute recharge, but if Praetorian Duray or one of his clones is around, then Primal's Teleport has a much shorter recharge.

Yes, this will be Christmas Eve. That's why we're doing the Sutter TF and not Citadel. Citadel is required for the TF Commmander accolade and people might be unhappy if they miss it. Sutter, on the other hand..... well, I was going to say it's less popular than Citadel, but maybe not. Citadel is long, tedious and boring. But it's still needed for an accolade. Anyway.....
