PvP will never be balanced, if the villans/heroes have a group of dominators/controllers constantly spamming mass holds on the opposing force then there is very little that can be done. There will always be people stacking multiple tactics to see past a stalkers Stealth abilities, there will always be brutes and tankers teleporting each other around to pick them off one at a time. Corruptors and blasters will continue to slot their sniper attacks for range and recharge, and sit back snipering.
Ofcourse, who would want to play PvP if they introduced something like limiting a certain number of ATs to a PvP zone at any one time? -
there is some sort of code that places the mission entrance in a zone furthest from the place you enter from. still, i dont relish the idea of zoning to skyway and running to the hollows gate just to get the mission to set near the atlas gate then having to zone 3 times again just to get there.
however, there is something about mission placement in zones...there are 1000 doors per zone yet no more than 5 are used, does that seem right? -
for dropping missions, specifically where you have go see someone (the annoying one where you have to see wincott in hollows and you have to run from kings row), if we drop that mission will the contact just recycle it or do we proceed on with the more fun missions?

You can be attacked while phase is active, just not hurt. I've stood in the near dead centre of Hamidon with phase active and he continues to fire constantly at me but i dont get hurt. Ofcourse i didnt wait till i was inside him before i activated it.
The most useful thing about it i think is that it allows you to run through an enemy, like when your escaping and a mob is stuck in one of those narrow doors. I think that this power was meant to be used in this way, when the team gets wiped one should be able to run to safety so the team may be tp'd and rez'd without having to go to the hospital. -
The Phase Shift powers dont automatically activate, there is a slight delay timer built in. Takes about 2 - 3 seconds from the click till it fully protects you.

i enjoy a challenge in games, ED in conjunction with a difficulty slider makes for a great challenge. Analyze the problem, adapt your tactics, overcome the problem.
but still the game could be a little more challenging, such as when a mob runs away, often towards another enemy mob, it aggros the new mob. the wounded mob calls to his friends for help. gives certain ranked enemies (lt and above) a small inventory where they have random inspirations of their own (this would work well on invincible setting) -
this game has a teen rating, they dont allow mods because they dont want someone making a nude female patch that little Timmy can download. Also they paid their artists to make alot of costumes (most of which are hardly used and fugly) and they dont want their money wasted.
The map mod seems like a good idea tho, wont be needed if they nuke Perez Park (Lord Recluse, you dont return my letters?) -
Just because ED is here doesnt mean you HAVE to comply with it. I havent and Statesman is yet to come round and break my thumbs. I have Stamina 6 slotted on my 50 tank, all his primaries are 6 slotted, toggles are 1 end red and 5 dmg resist or defense as the power calls, the passives all have 6 of the only type they will take.
With Stamina 6-slotted and green, it is 110% of normal (with a few +'s in there), what is it with only 3 greens slotted? -
reading all these posts on this subject a thought occured to me, if these epic classes are the result of alien possesion then do we gain new powers from these epic sets or do they overwrite our existing ones alltogether.
i for one dont fancy screwing up months of hard work on the offchance half the "epic" powers are useable.
