I mean, according to the website, he has a job now, so he shouldn't be dodging peoples requests for refunds. I will never do business with him again and I will never recommend him to anyone. I knew I should have gone with my gut this last time he popped up and asked for a refund. Either way, tomorrow morning, the guy is getting a phone call and a certified letter asking for a refund.

Hey actually owes me $300 bucks and I am considering talking to a lawyer to see if I can get it back.

The guy may do nice work, but he obviously has an issue running a business.

I tried emailing him at the Kindred Concepts as well, so I will wait and see if there is a response.

Thank TA. I sent Jomaro an email on Facebook, so let's see if he responds. It's a pretty sizable refund otherwise I wouldn't really care.

They should at least have contact information to get in touch with them, it's pretty crappy that they took it off.

I wonder if I can get PayPal involved, but it's been so long.

Do any of you have a way to get in touch with these guys? I've not gotten a response back from my emails.

I requested a refund back in June and provided the necessary information and someone on the CO boards reminded me to go check. Six months later I still have not received a refund.

I got the mass email and I have to say I honestly don't know if I want to shell the three hundred and some odd bucks when and if Gil actually gets around to my piece. I am totally conflicted since I have been jerked around so much since the whole thing started.

Half of me feels like requesting a refund and then paying someone here to do the piece that I wanted. The other half says I have waited this long I should tough it out.

Seriously though, he should offer some kinda discount or something.

Here is a link of the screenies that I had posted up for Gill. It was supposed to be a pretty detailed piece and we had specific things we had wanted.

It was supposed to be Jackie Spines (Spines Regen) and Lady Cieslak (Elec/Em Blaster) in a carnie rave fighting Vanessa Devore, a steel strongman and a harlequin fencer. I think the fencer was supposed to be in a tesla cage and the strongman was supposed to be ripped from shoulder to opposite hip by Jackie. And the two toons were supposed to be interwtined.

There are a couple of screenies of Jackie, but the actual piece wasn't supposed to have wings.

Like I said, complicated, so not sure who wants to take a crack at it, if anyone at all.

I really don't think Incursion or Rift would steer the committee in the wrong direction in as far as bringing events to the table that people would like to see. If you don't have faith in committee, then have faith in them. And dig down deep and find some patience.
