You have to go through a series of casino table games (Blackjack, Baccarat, 3 Card Poker, and Ultimate Texas Hold'em) until you find him, and defeat him. You don't have to know how to play casino table games to finish this. Just go through the objectives and it will be cake. Contains 1 EB and 1 AV/EB.
