Missions: Tree of Thorns Respec Trial #1 and Halloween Trick or Treating to get the Halloween Tip Mission
Contacts: Sparcetriel
Location: Nerva Archipelago (Far right side of the map)

Date & Time: Monday, October 25th @ 10:00PM Eastern/ 9:00PM Central/ 8:00PM Mountain/ 7:00PM Pacific.

Level Range: 24+ (Powers cap at 5 levels above the team leader)

Enemies: Longbow, Circle of Thorns, Legacy Chain, Wyvern

Arc Stats & Info:
  • This event requires 4 to start. We will be running 3-4 teams.
  • You must be at least level 24 to join.
  • We will wait to form teams until close to 10pm Eastern. This will allow us to get a better idea of what builds we have present. Anyone not at the contact, or that has not sent Luna a tell letting her know they are on their way might not be included.
  • We use the global chat channel Freedom TF Chat for these weekly TF's.
  • Remember, you still get XP even if you are EX'd!

So yeah, I suck at keeping up with this. Sorry everyone!

THIS IS TONIGHT!

We will be running the first villain respec which is open to level 24 plus, on vigilantes, rogues, and villains.

Afterwards, for anyone that wants to stick around, we can do trick or treating, and get the event tip mission drops to run that mission for the badges.

I'll send the team lists to the team leaders later today after I see if we'll have anyone else join us. Right now we're at around 3 teams, but I have it setup for us to expand to 4 teams if need be.

Hey Luna,

Since I missed last week really didnt have a chance to play till earlier today only got to lvl 23..I will be on but I will miss the Respec trial since Im not high enough..however after the team is done with that I am up for the Halloween stuff.

Okay, no problem. I'll let Myrdinn know to look for you. The respec usually only takes about 30 minutes or so to run.

Unfortunately, it looks like I've been bitten on the tail by work tonight. Please tell CP/Paragon. :-(

We mostly defeated everything in our path for the Respec. We then ran a few Halloween Tip missions as defeat-all as well. It was quite enjoyable.

Gratz to all!

On a side note.. why is it my character keeps her tail when using the Paragon Protector Costume? lol

I doubt this is intended. haha

Thanks for joining last night everyone! I think we had 26 people spread across 4 teams. Golden Gryphon (Megpie) led the fourth team, and I harassed Scruffy into leading Myrdinn's team.

To answer your question, I think Scruffy's team was done first maybe at around 40 minutes?

My team finished second I think with 51:25 and 35 deaths. Most of those was my husband on his brute :smirk:

We lost about half of our players for the trick or treating. My team was reduced to four people. We tried to get the tip drops, but no one got them. Luckily myself and the husband already had them from the other night. So we ran the mission twice.

I think next week will be an ouroborus story arc in the 20-25 range. Idealy, I would like to run this through our SG bases (So that only the team leader has to be above level 25). I need to hear back from the other team leaders to see if they have the Ouro Crystal in their bases. The team leader has to be level 25 as well to access said crystal (and arc). If you're not that level, or don't have the crystal, let me know. We can probably get someone into my VG for access to the crystal, or I can help your team start and then quit.

ALSO NOTE: If you are a Vigilante, you need to become a Villain or Rogue to be able to join on the Ouroborus arcs. So you all have a week to change if you want to come. We'll probably be doing Ouro arcs for the next few weeks to get everyone in range for the next TF.

Didn't take a screenshot, but I think Scruffy's team was around 34 minutes or so. We hit Cap for the hunt and mostly treated the second mission as a defeat all. For the last one, Scruffy jumped in Granite and "hustled" to the vine room where he Assembled. We cleared the CoT, vines, then the AV, which dropped so fast the first ambush barely made it to us before the tree died. We cleared the rest of the ambushes, then I think all but one of us called it a night. ToTing gets boring after a dozen toons or so. >.>

I have the crystal in my bases as well.. but I have not yet added my toon to the SG. If anybody else needs access to a Villain base, they are certainly welcome to join and use my base as well. It's got anything you'd ever need.. Medical bay, Teleports, storage, something like 300M extra prestige, so SG mode is certainly not necessary either. lol

It's not active anymore, but it's there if anybody needs a home for storage, TPs, or whatever. If not, if anybody is willing to join temporarily to invite my other toon, that'd be great too.
