this is not the way to grind for coldhearted. i tried it and saw hordes of cot and maybe 5 hordelings. just go to sharkhead and circle around the villa requin in the water. youll see plenty more hellfrost there than hordelings in cap.

no ones making you delete your 50. i was 20 or something when i discovered jailbird and that toon is still around doesnt have jailbird but plenty of my others do. just roll another, get the badge you missed, and include it in your total badge count.

that doesnt change the fact that it was new content. new content which you had outleveled. obviously someone found out about it. just not soon enough. so your beef is that since you didnt know about it when you were able to get it, you should be able to get it now. well i didnt know about jailbird when i first started hunting badges. i wonder why you dont hear me complaining?

yes you said when new content is added to the game you can go back. new content was added to the tutorial which last time i checked is part of the game. you cannot go back and get it. hence your statement isnt always true which is the point im trying to make.

i did indeed read the entire thread. you want to get the isolator badge on a toon that outleveled it before it was added. as i have said several times, you cant so roll another toon.

If any new content for low level heroes or villains is introduced in the game, you do not have to re roll another toon in order to do the content, that is what the exemplar system is for.

honestly if i was around since before i2 id consider it an honor not to have that badge cause it means im a true veteran.

basically you want access to content designed for new characters that wasnt in game when you made your character. this is quite similar to the new lv 1 contact matthew burke for villains. he was added quite a while after cov went live and many people were unable to do his missions without rerolling. do you hear people complaining about that? no. because the devs are going to add new content to the game all the time. some is going to be for low levels. if you miss newly added content because you had already outleveled it, thats why we have more than one character slot.

one shotting does not need a solution as it was never a problem.

oh boo hoo a stalker one-shotted me. well deal with it. thats the entire point of the stalker class, to sneak in without being noticed, kill their opponent with few hits as possible, and get out. not to stand there while the opponent puts up his defenses and engage in a drawn out fight. stalkers arent brutes.
