  2. Go lev mastery. More surviablity with the res shield. The defense shield is a joke now tbh. proc out all your attacks especially flares.

    1.) That's a Mac question..cause i don't know the answer.

    2.) Dmg get's hit really hard by DR...so i would not go out of your way to build for it. Go for proc's if you want added dmg to your attacks.

    3.) Yes take sleet....it does -30% res which is really nice, which in the end increase your dmg. It also does -defense which is enhancable...do not know the base numbers off the top of my head though. But once slotted for it does quit a bit.

    A majority of Melee range attacks hit harder then most of the blaster attacks.

    Defender TK does not "break" when attacked. Only way to get it off you is to mez or kill the defender. Which we did the latter early and often last night.

    After a certain % of recharge (don't know the exact number) recharge get's hit really really hard by DR.
  13. After last night matches i would have to say Defender TK most definately needs to go. Everything else i don't really care about. O yea peril grav/ta is OP. That is all.

    what are you talking about barrier. -10 MPH defender version that is not ehanced with slow....that was the base numbers. -34 MPH corruptor version that is enhanced. Your comparing the enhance version with not ehanced version. We need the base -run speed for corrupters to make any judgement. It's hard to say what the based value would be for the corruptor i can't honestly remember.

  16. I think LR is enough to floor the emps regen with regen aura going. I beleive it's -500% regen for corrupter version.

    The numbers suggest that the Corr version of LR is decreasing Run Speed too much. I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but I believe that is why they are considering banning it.
    wow that sure is game breaking.....only different is the run speed lol. I though you said silit that it was a HUGE diffrenece. Only reason i would use LR in a big match anyway is if the emp had Regen Aura going and even then.....i would not really waste my time.

    Since i guess i'm one of the captains for this ladder thing.... i need emp's. Most of emp's that know what they are doing are taken. Emping is one of those thing's you either have it or you don't. Think of a emp as your left tackle in football...if your left tackle blows more then likely your team is going to blow. If you are interested let me know. I'm going to have some sort of try out. Post here if you are interested....
