cross server pvp is a bad idea. i don't want to pvp with the jerks from freedom server and so forth, i like to play with the people on my server that's why i chose it.
As for rewards that would only make pvp into another thing to farm

so for zone pvp, would ice/elec or fire/elec be better?

wow, i appreciate you post more now that i read the other ill/storm guides, of course i made mine before i read any but i read yours before i got to 50 and it did help me out ^_^ you wouldn't happen to know anything about pvp with this build would you? i'm converting mine to a pvp toon now that i hit 50, even if you dont know any suggestions would be great, just send me a private message ^_^

very good, like the rock dudes to, they need more action, and i like teaming with villains from time to time ^_^

more zones is most important, and a "universal meeting place for villains" would be nice, like an atlas park sort of thing, however i dont agree with making bank missions easier.
Other than that everything you said is quite well put.
