I'd like to add that the faces are mislabeled too. Male is listed as female and vice-versa.

Is there any way to adjust graphics so the glow is visible on a lower setting than ultra?

People managed to get victorian costume pieces fixed and altered for both genders. I don't see why they wouldn't do the same for gunslinger pieces some time.

Try using the zombie tights option and a lightly tanned skintone. It gives you a bit of a tough and dirty look, also draws attention to some of the muscle outlines.

Again, would like to see non-metallic and non pre-tinted versions of these pieces. Great set but no sale due to the parts being very difficult to mix and match with older ones.

About the female Imperial dynasty top, why are the bits on the side and chest colored white in the costume creator?

I haven't yet bought the set because there are some effects if find iffy. Will they make non-metallic versions of the metallic pieces? As it is now, those pieces pretty much only match with themselves instead of older parts.

I really want to buy this set but not in its current state.

This set makes me happy beyond belief!

Doorways are my biggest obstacle in basebuilding. Its extremely difficult to create a seamless transition from room to room depending on the theme of the base.

Its easier now that we can rotate items but even that can only do so much.

What do some of you seasoned builders do with the doorways?

The differences between customer service for free and paid players is night and day.

I am currently subscribed and the other night, I had trouble with buying paragon points. Not even 10 minutes after submitting my ticket, I had a GM speak with me, escalate my ticket, get an email from the new GM handling my issue and a prompt follow-up to my response email.

Unsubscribed, any and all tickets I sent in received no in-game assistance from a GM, no email until days after, the email did not even address the issue but instead contained a canned response, link to the FAQ page and the name of the GM who "addressed" my ticket. Even follow-up emails asking to speak with a GM via email about my ticket got a canned response.

At least as a VIP despite dealing with a clueless GM the first go, you can always ask to speak with a different GM that can get the job done instead of the email runaround to nowhere that freebies get.

I play a stalker and often find myself wondering where my character keeps their big bulky weapons while in street wear.

Its probably not a new suggestion but I'd like to see smaller weapons like hunting knives and brass knuckles.

With the costume pieces, is there the chance of getting duplicate pieces or would the system know if you already have one specific piece and grant you another random one?

I've used "toon" a few times in other games (but it feels dirty to do so)

But I'm more likely to say "I'm switching to my [class/race name]" or "I'll go on my alt/main"

The use of "toon" in this game may be because people came to CoH from other games where the term was more common.
