they do, NCsoft has an agreement that the whole program has to stay inside asia and that the program has to be off the internet.
as long as this agreement exists, no one has a leg to stand on but marvel, so it's kinda the other way around.

i know how it is to see trail accounts sell stuff, and they always have a few mill emails to sell there stuff.

-some rocks coming from the ground up and rocks circling around your body, that's perfect for earth characters.
-an energy flow aura, one that acts a bit like the psycho costume.
-an aura where a snake or chinese dragon circles around the body or hands.

first question: i was thinking of something that needs to be unbelievable sexy but in the same time dark and dominant, and fetish is exactly that.
and it's my dutch side, we are not so prudish about things like that.

while trying all kinds of costumes, i just can't get my mind right to something i wanted all this time.
i am trying to make a fetish family with latex/pvc/lak characters(female), one with thorn power, one with psycic power and one with blood(might be blood domination or blades)
but while designing costumes, i just can't get it right.
they must be both kinda overdone and sexy, calling them the dominator sisters.

mind you, i'm not doing anything like that my self, i just like to make a story about this.

anyone able to help me with that?

while posting here, i was way to spoiled because of guild wars.
the xp rate is there way more based on you leveling fast, while i forgot the whole thing about this game.
it is true that i don't like restrictions, like the widow(or any other epic) being for lvl 50 characters only.
but the fact is, if i finally get to level 50, it might make me very happy.

so for that reason, i just wanna say sorry for all the trouble i made and caused.
it was not my intention to hyjack the forum as a playground, i'm gonna watch what i am saying from now on.
i hope we can still have some humor around without lowering each other.

starcraft is a very old game from 98, but the gameplay is still today overthrowing every attempt on making something simulair.
but like you would already know, the game is entirely 2d with pixel characters.
no special 3d effects, no bumping effects and even a pentium 200 can play it.

you're just diluting your self, or maybe just to young to see how it was back in the day's.

you know me, i'm an anime fan so you'll know what i want.
tho, that kind of aura isn't only in anime.

if the XP rate of the double weekend would be the normal XP rate, i would be happy for ones about this game.

don't you think it's annoying when you made a toon, and you find out that your chosen secondary power is barely or even never used simply because it's useless with the primary power.
so what about a respec that allows you to choose a different secondary power, without losing what you are.
so let's say you're a MM and have thugs as primary, but you have poison as secondary.
now as usefull it might be, the character you made doesn't use this at all.
maybe the first skill, but having an entire secondary for use 1 basic skill is not worth it.
but with this you can choose a different one, without roling an entire new character for just one mistake.

or what about a cape with the letter 45 and a dump down

well, currently i have emma frostin, she really kills with barely any scratch.

not to look evil but, if the servers over there are down and now all of a sudden ppl are rude, it does say something about how they act on the french and german servers......

or they could just add it to the button binds in options, like every other game in the world.

that's america for you, they gain but forget the giver.

They have made a high colar capes already with the magic booster. I know it's not exactly like the one in your example image, but they're there.
