Quote:Actually there was a short period (about 1 week) where Swift could take Celerity and Freebird sets. That was removed due to escort mission issues so if he hasn't respecced in a few years it's technically possible he does have Celerity in Swift. That being said, pics or it didn't happen.

You should prob'ly get Mids'. It is a major help.
FYI, Celerity Stealth can't be slotted in swift. -
do we have any Mids' datalink to see it in Mids'?

I have a build with a bunch of lvl 25 and lvl 27 enhancements so I can keep my set bonuses when I do low level SFs
-
Oh yeah. And the reason that I have been gettin low level procs--so that I can keep the set bonus when I mal down

However, the upside of Procs is that they continue to work even if you exemplar way below their level. E.g., a level 50 Stealth in Sprint will work even if exemplared to level 10.

Quote:I don't think this is accurateAlso, while IOs that give an enhancement bonus do give a higher bonus the higher the level of the IO (for instance, Damage, Accuracy, Defense, etc.), proc IOs don't necessarily do so. For instance, a Mako's Bite damage proc works exactly the same, whether you have a level 30 or a level 50 version of that IO. However, if you exemp below level 47, you'll lose the proc if you chose the level 50 one, but wouldn't lose the level 30 proc until you exemp below level 27.

let me amend that to exclude fun from what cannot be gotten
certainly fun can be gotten w/o doing a little of everything -
If you want to get the most out of the game, then you need to participate in all the game has to offer.
If you don't want to participate in all the game has to offer, then you must accept that you won't get as much from it as those who are willing to do a little of everything. -
In addition there're the principles of rational irrationality and rational ignorance

Quote:Also, it's not that hard to create a team yourself. All you need is a few other people who're also looking for a team just like you. A few binds that politely ask $target if they would like to team with you helps too. There are a good deal of players who have lives (i.e. work, family, school, etc.) outside of the game, so they are not going to log in at different points of the day to try and find a team. Unfortunately, when they have the chance to, they will see those statements and may even say the same thing. Don't assume that your success rate of finding a team is another person's issue.
What server do you like to play on?
btw, I have work family and school -
I belong to about 8 or 9 channels not counting coalition chat. Almost always, that's where I get my teams. Broadcast is sort of a last resort for me. I do use it, but only when I have trouble finding a team in channel.
Are you in a super group or villain group? -

Quote:How much more would the 'rest of us' be paying if prices were not stable?I don't think I have ever seen so much effort to rationalise a morally ambiguous act. By their own admission marketers end up stinking rich. Which means people are paying more than they need to without you. That 600 million per day doesn' come out of thin air it comes from the virtual pockets of other players.
Okay so you add a little stability to the price ranges. This stability obviously comes at a great cost to the rest of us or else how could you make so much money doing it? -

every time before I get ready to do a SF or w/e I go to my empowerment stations and craft as many powers as I have salvage for, then I got to my storage bins and craft the recipes I keep stock on hand for. So maybe 6 to dozen or so craftings a night that only cost me salvage and help me kills tuff better
I reached my badge painlessly -

step 1) drive newbs before me and hear the lamentations of their scantily clad women
step 2) ???
step 3) corner the market of the PvP IOs that sell for 2bil+ -
