Salvage / wentworth slots might not be a bad idea...
-
Necotron - Do we know if it IS going to hit the shops, boxed?
-
I agree with TresCool - they are useful powers at low levels, when you have fewer attacks.
So - any other ideas for a 45 month vet reward? -
So - when wings were released, Infernal got an upgrade. How long until Valkyrie gets updated with the... 'Valkyrie' costume?
-
"If you want to avoid clipping you can choose the valkyrie smooth gloves. They come without the 'bulge' and still look pretty cool."
Great suggestion. Thanks -
Anyone else noticed that the Valkyrie gloves go through most of the shields?
-
Well, the original FMV's didn't tell you much about the game'play', just the background/concept.
I see Raven's point, however. But as far as good ads go, I like it. I think it's good enough to get people interested -
I got the code anyway. £9.99 for a month's sub and some extras? Sounds like a bargain to me. And the Valkyrie set is beautiful. THIS is why CoH is better than WoW - our Fantasy Costumes are better
-
Forsaken's right.
/unsigned - mainly because I don't have altitis so I don't see the need to put in the extra development when you could just log in and see. Doesn't take too long, surely? -
Before I go and spend a tenner on something that won't work...
If I purchase the MAC CoX from the online store, can I 'upgrade' my current account, so that I can use my existing account on my friend's MAC?
Or does the 'mac' version not 'apply' to your existing account? -
I liked it. It's the official ad, right? Not fan made?

In short: Read the books. They will make you love Paragon's heroes more. 'The Freedom Phalanx' and 'The Web of Arachnos'
It's a damn shame 'The Rikti War' never got published -
I have to agree with Commander_Beet and Khorak - once you've read the books, you really get a better feel for the Hero sig characters.
Statesman has one hell of an attitude. It's almost understandable, since he's immortal and has to watch his loved ones die around him - but still... chill!
Synapse and Positron as a duo are great - it's a relationshop/friendship not stressed at ALL in the game, I feel, which is a shame, because they're both amazingly well-established in the book, the Freedom Phalanx.
The comics reflect the books a little. Statesman is still up-himself, but my problem is with the Statesman / Manticore banter, which is just a rip from Marvel's / Avengers Captain America (star-spangled-team-leader) vs. Hawkeye (average-joe super-hero Archer with an attitude) and their heated disagreements. I felt as though the comics didn't do anything unique with these two (apart from when Manticore kills Statesman. THAT I like!)
So - faves? Posi and Synapse. Loved them in the book. If I had to pick *one*? Posi, hands down.
Worst character (not signature...)....
JANET KELLUM. She's an insult to forensic science (she other thread).
I'm glad so many people referenced the books / comics. We need more people to stand up and say they rocked - because they DID, and I'd LOVE TO SEE MORE
*Plans to re-read both shortly* -
Blueside (Heroes) - I did mine in Brickstown. They're all over the rooftops there, in the sothern sector
-
Oh, deathraces. Hadn't thought of that. Even more reason to /unsign it.
-
Maybe you didn't arrest Countess Crey. Maybe you arrest someone POSING as Countess Crey, because the REAL Countess Crey was missing, and therefore the imposter KILLED THEM.
That seems to make sense. Well, Kellum-sense.
She's my new most-hated contact. -
Put more Crey snipers on the rooves. That'll sort out the lowbies.
-
I dunno, it's nice to have something that does knockback when you're an ice/ice blaster. Not sure where I keep pulling that Nemesis Staff from though....
-
Perhaps. In older arcs, they do make 'jumps' that you have to assume are based on 'off-screen' scenes. You're just the delivery boy, the muscle, and the willing butt-monkey.
I'm glad Faultline contacts are nicer to you. Not like that evil Janet Crey-Kellum woman.
