I finished arc one and arc two, then my brain glazed over into TLDR mode.
GJ tho. -
(That sucks.)
Planting both his hands into the rubble, Acanous pushed up, using all four limbs to avoid straining his back.
"Your words, not mine."
Relying more on his legs to keep balance, he managed to stagger upright, turning back towards the ATC.
"Looks like I picked up a passenger!" He called out.
"Sorry to rescue and run, but we've got some potentially disasterous business to take care of. Wouldn't want an innocent to be caught in the crossfire." -
((*Pokes Anth* C'mon Anth, I need you to post >.>)
-
"They have to have hard heads. I hear they refuse any sort of healing. Will fight to the death to prevent someone from treating them, even. With such an attitude, you have to have adequate protection."
-
I like mine better 'cuz it's short, but points to like 18 pages of text >.>

The game is rated 13A.
Go look up the game rating, and you'll see how far you're allowed to go. Also, check out the EULA on your game launcher for further details. -
He fell to the ground under the sudden weight, not being prepaired for it.
"Well, you can start by getting off my back" he said, starting to push himself back up. -
((We've been hemmhoraging people? I haven't really noticed.))
-
((Where TF is Anth? I need him to post dangit))
-
((Acanous has been using normal powersets, with only one modification >.> ))
-
((LoL dude, I'm so rolling a "Hail Chairman Mao!" asap.))
Acanous looked for the black-winged girl thathad been fleeing the imps. Unsure of her perdicament, he walked back to the ATC.
Then the sky lit up.
"Dhit Sod Gamnit!" he swore. "Why does this stuff always happen when I'm not around, but close enough to notice??" -
"Dangit Bladewing, you so totally stole that kill. I called it and everything."
Acanous picked himself up, and began dusting off his cape and armour.
Looking to the Shivan, he saw it was torn to so much fragmented, bubbling goop.
"So, where'd Faathim say Lanaruu was?" -
I agree with some of those changes, but the possibility of a PVE player griefing PVP players by spawning EB's and leaving them there(Bloody Bay) makes for potential havok.
-
The Shivan got up, hurling blasts of radioactive goop that splattered off Ruladak's shield.
Acanous saw the other heroes prepairing a massive attack, and decided to add his own personal touch.
Pulling out his black box, he flipped open the green lid, and pressed the button.
Behind him, the shard distorted like a mirage, as a missile warhead launched through, detonating around the Heroes and spraying a green mist everywhere.
"That's a special mutagen, boys. It's like Superadine, without the harmfull side effects. Enjoy your boosted streingth and regeneration."
Acanous poised himself to strike, coiled like a spring. He waited for Bladewing to strike, and would follow it up with everything he had, hoping to fell the false god while he lay weakened. -
Acanous saw Anth engage one of the Imps, it's poor skeleton impaled on the debris, and Anthius' sword.
Anth looked towards him with what he percieved as a lopsided grin.
Not one to be daunted by such a challenge, Acanous hurdled to the top of the ATC, standing on it's roof.
He looked at the two imps.
fliers. I hate fliers
He picked out a small pistol from his belt, and aimed it's glowing blue nozzle towards an imp, firing a ray that absorbed enough heat to crystilize the air en route to it's target.
The imp fell, encased in ice, to the ground. Meanwhile, Acanous leaped towards the other one.
When he met up with the imp in mid air, something distorted.
Acanous flickered, and became Darker... He started landing punches, and then started falling, but afterimages of Acanous continued punching the imp in midair, even as he landed- his mastery of instant-matter transmission enough to allow for him to *Almost* exist in two places at once.
The Acanous on the ground flickered into complete solidity, and "Humph"ed when he hit the ground.
He walked slowly to the freezing imp, it's hellfire already melting the best that a Crey CBX-9 could put forth.
He looked the imp streight into it's black pits that functioned as eyes, and spoke:
"As I live, there is no evil that may cross this threshold"
Pulling back his arm, he enshrouded his fist in the microstatic gate energies that signified his powers, and smote it right between the eyes, sending it reeling back into the abyss with nort so much as a pop, as a black-on-black sphere faded from view.
"Well. Three guesses what That was all about" -
Thing is, Recluse WAS allied to the Rikti, untill they ATTACKED HIS ISLES.
Also, individual villains have the choice of working for Khur' or not. Kind of like they have the choice of working for Vanguard or not.
Working for Khur' gets you Rikti weapons and equiptment. Working for Vanguard gets you Vanguard weapons and equiptment.
A savvy villain could work for Khur' and get his tech, then betray him and work for Vanguard, getting THEIR tech as well, which is rather Villain-like IMO. -
that's not quite as epic as wrighting up a fanfic about having to farm behemoths to prevent the end of the world.
But it's close. -
((Roger that. I plan on finishing off this one with a nuke, but not untill the battle's gone on for reasonably long enough. ))
-
((You forgot Warburg, which I've sort-of claimed, it's still held by Marshall Blitz, although in a blockaided, too-much-effort-for-the-rewards sort of way. Home to all manner of those who would run from Arachnos, It's also the location of ULTRA's main base... although that's a rather secret fact.
Recluse propably knows that several heroes and non-allied villains have taken refuge there, and more than likely allows it to exist just because it keeps those people out of the way and in one place.)) -
Overwhelmed, Ruladak shuddered violently, an amber light beginning to radiate around him.
The air cracked as he unleashed the power he had gained from slaying thousands of Brutes, the energy contained in thier eye crystals all expelled at once- crackling like Testla towers as crimson lightning arced along his robe.
A sphere of the deadly chaotic energy erupted from him as he floated back into the sky, knocking the Shivan down, it's fists still glowing green.
His eyes flamed as he summoned up a virulent ball of netherplasma, the stuff that suffixed the shadow shard and bound it to Rularuu.
Temporarilly blinded by the light and crystal shards, he simply flung it in the direction of Kaega, attempting to whelm him off balance, and stay his attack.
Acanous saw that the fight had begun in earnest, and quickly closed the gap between himself and the titanic being as Jaeger Horowitz began his toothy assault on the Giant's leg.
Ruladak roared his displeasure, beams of power lancing from his near blinded eyes, and rending the ground around him.
Acanous was knocked off balance, and the giant's flailing leg caught him in the chest, sending him hurtling into a nearby outcropping. -
"Pursuers?"
He looked out the hatch, spotting three flying imps.
One of his eyebrows raised, the other furrowed.
That certainly doesn't LOOK like Arachnos...
