Checked after this latest patch and it's not working yet.

I think you may not be able to put macros on auto
-
Quote:This is true.Is the TI proc broken again? For a long time it was broken, then for a long while it was fixed, but a mag 1 disorient won't affect anything above Underling rank unless you stack it with another stun.
The power analyzer will show if it's working though. -
-
I set up an AE mission with a custom AV who had no attacks nor defenses.
I used the power analyzer temp power to observe the AV's status. Then I set the power that has that proc in it on auto.
Additionally, I also used two other powers that also have -to hit. The effects of the other powers DID show up, but the effects from the proc never did. -
Quote:You seem to have a net recovery of 2.5/s. Depending on your attack chain, this may or may not be enough. I think your 1st two attacks, punch and haymaker, are running ~1.2/s and footstomp was running1.79/s. Idk exactly how it all works out. I think I may have built for too much on mine so I may not be the best judge. I built so that my use didn't over come my recovery rather than taking x amount of time to deplete my end bar.The build is also equipped with 117 Endurance and a pretty solid recovery rate, IMHO.
Quote:The most glaring flaws that I know of are thus: the ranged and AoE defense values could use work...
AFAICT, the alpha is about filling in the gaps in your build. The bigger the gap, the more effect the alpha will have. That's pretty straight forward. But sometimes a gap is there because it's not that critical in the 1st place. For example, if you took the boost that ups your hold, you see the full effect from it as you don't have KO Blow slotted for hold at all. But, how much is that hold worth to your play style?
Because of your slotting and fury you're not likely to see that much benefit from +dmg boost.
The +acc is helpful if you're fighting above you lvl alot.
Personally, I am trying several of the boosts to see what I like best on my Nrg/WP brute. Solo I like the rech/stun the best so far. Grouped I like the rech/heal best. But I haven't gotten my +res nor the +def ones yet. I suspect that I will like the +def one for my build because I have a few slotting deficiencies in some of my def powers. I think I might get almost a whopping +2% total from all of my def powers if I slot the +def boost.
The +green one gave me 31 more hp and +3hp/s regen. Not dramatic, but it doesn't hurt.
The +recharge and a power from the empowerment table is enough to give me perma-hasten. Which is very helpful as it affects my accolade powers etc. -
Quote:About as much as the other purple sets put you over w/e their thing is. That's why those single attribute enhancements in the purple sets aren't as highly priced as the rest of the sets. Usually it's better to get the proc in the set and a sixth from another set if needed.Feel free to send all your AA Procs to me. I've only ever used it to get the 5th slot, since the Stun only enhancement puts you so far over ED, it's almost as much of a waste.
I expect that some day the devs will fix the enhancement.
If you like, Deacon_NA, you can help spread the word about the AA proc and maybe the prices will drop dramatically and you can snatch them up for a pittance. -
Some people do every thing they can to up their def. There is a point of diminishing returns. You may or may not notice 1-2%. idk. But you might.
recharge/heal maybe?
Spiritual radial boost.
All of your powers that take greens aren't all the way maxed. I have it on my WP brute (with the heal/regen powers all redlined) and got 31 more hp and 3hp/s more out of it. You should get more than that.
A number of your powers are at about 2xSO level of recharge, so the +rehcg of the boost will give you plenty of effect percentage-wise. Probably most significantly in your longer recharge powers like rage--maybe 5 or 6 seconds. But probably less than a second in your damage attacks.
The nerve core boost would give you some +hold for your knock out blow where you have none slotted. It'd give you about 4 more seconds of hold. The +acc could be helpful if you fight nemesis or higher level enemies often. -
All of your def powers seemed to be red lined xpt CJ. So you prob'ly won't see to much improvement in your def. Prob'ly less than 1% per each def power, prob'ly about 1-2% total.
Whether that amount is worth it is for you to say.
Your res is prob'ly in about the same situation. Generally, def is worth more than res, (xpt when facing -def enemies w/o ddr lol).
Imho, alphas seem to be for shoring up weak spots, areas in your build where you compromised and went with the minimum you felt you could get by with. -
Quote:Yes, I did. Though to be fair I heard the rumor that it didn't work from someone here on the forum. They were asking if it had been fixed yet. There was no answer to that, so I decided to check for myself.I see it is in the wiki HERE.. Although to be fair it was only added 2 weeks ago. Did you report it? Good job.
Quote:Ever since crafting and slotting the Triumphant Insult: Chance to Disorient and finally deciding months later that it didn't work, I always look up Procs in the wiki now to make sure they work before I slot them.
I am sure that they will. I just wish I knew how far off that day was. The Absolute amazement proc is kind of pricey for something that doesn't do anything.
I'm thinking I should check ALL of my procs. Who knows how many more are out there, lurking silently...doing nothing. -
-
Absolute Amazement proc is broken and never fires. Since it does nothing it is a worthless waste of space. Do not buy the Absolute Amazement proc. If the Absolute Amazement proc drops, do not craft it. If you have an Absolute Amazement proc crafted, do not slot it, it's a waste of your slot (unless you want the 5% toxic resistance set bonus for six-slotting Absolute Amazement).
I have tested it three times, (with >100 chances each time), and filed a bug report. There is no information available as to when it will be fixed. So, in the mean time be warned that the Absolute Amazement proc is non-functional and worthless. -

I'll post more later. But I'm busy with REAL playing atm lol

It's been just fine for me.
Someone will come along w/ links to a couple of programs that will provide data about your machine and set up.

How do I get the UI in the screenie on Win7?
I tried printscreen and alt+printscreen, and ctrl+printscreen
All of my screenies (that I thought) were of my times to complete various arcs are also w/o the UI -
Quote:LOL sure.Could we perhaps get some screen shots?
Thats the normal standard for these kind of things. Full tray of Insp to show you didn't use any and a shot of the AV with a targeting reticle and window to show con level and rank.
Grats on your defeats it is fun feeling that powerful
I'll find out where I hosted my ebil screenies and use that account. Then I'll work with my mish a bit so I can get all of them on that map. -
Specifically, you have to fight lvl 50(or higher) mobs outside of AE arcs.
I think that really limits you to only 2 missions, and 1 taskforce. Everything else in the whole game is either mobs lower than 50 or an AE arc. -
Quote:yeah, I was trying to collect all the AVs into one group and then just select from that group doing boss fights. But for w/e reason that mechanic doesn't seem possible.Use a really big outdoor map and select the "defeat a boss" object. Set the boss's group and select your AV from it. I'm not sure but I think the largest maps allow 50+ boss fights.
It seems I'll have to select each AV from their native groups individually as you suggest. -
Still having problems with the mission set up. I cant just throw the AVs into a group and then choose from the group. I can populate randomly from the group, but then I get multiples of the same AV.
I suppose I could use each of the actual groups and select who I wanted, but I was hoping for a more elegant solution. -

When I open this in Mids', the fitness pool is blank, idk why -
You have defeated Archon Burkholder
You have defeated President Marchand
You have defeated Silver Mantis -
I haven't finished the arc. I made an AE arc full of every AV naturally available @ lvl 25. I am running it with my brute that I built for low level SFs.
I did the usual rules--not temps, no insps.
So far, it's been much easier than I expected.
One of the hardest so far was a custom AV, a ninjas /ninjitsu.
You have defeated Calystix the Shaper
I am returning to the arc to get the rest of them.
You have defeated Clamor
You have defeated Captain Castillo
You have defeated Nocturne
Next I will make a lvl50 AV killer out of something
