You may not have been here for the "OMG Katana doesn't do that! should be in different pose / swing differently /yaddayadda" before they changed it...
It's just this way in the game. That it's "based loosely" on some other real world kick wouldn't surprise me, but since they don't do any motion capture in this game's animation department, it's all hand-animated, I doubt we'd see any changes to the actual animation. But you're right, another sound would be nice, though lately they've been redoing other sounds too - the footsteps and stuff... maybe! -
Quote:The total damage is delivered at the end of the hit. It'd be no different if they did change it to two separate hits, it's not DOT.Yet the power itself only deals one hit for damage. The whole move is similar to one from Tekken.
Quote:Although, I believe in Issue 16 you can change it, so changing it to do 2 hits would then be pointless.
Quote:Yes. the idea it was one hit as it should be 2 is bugging me. -
Quote:You just type it in with your reply. Thanks for the info but when im clicking on reply here, I dont see anywhere to put that info
If you want to choose "new post" *not new thread*, that I think has all the other options on it. Nowait, in the quote reply, I'm seeing the little symbols above the text editing box.
One looks like a little yellow squared mountain. That is the insert Image button. -
Happy ding day!

Quote:Choose a host site, like photobucket or imageshack or one of your own paid sites if you have one that allows linking.Got one to share but for the life of me I cant figure out how to post it on the new forums....=(
Then, when it's uploaded there (in jpg form, anything but bitmap as they're huge) use the [img*] put your link here [/*img] without the *s and spaces. done! -
Yeah just change the dark blue to either a light blue or white. Either would fit just fine with the image.

I used to have four total accounts, but only one is currently active. One was my boss's old beta account, and one was a trial for sg stuffing (before that became impossible) that I couldn't just ditch because I can't just make fillers. The other was a real account, which has some great toons on it I wish I could play now and again. And yes, it makes transfers WAY easier.

Is hilarious late at night.

Hm. ... Have you tried finding new drivers for it, if it's like a logitec they may release new ones. Otherwise... broken key?
Maybe try binding printscreen in the game to another key. And then, get a new keyboard heh. -

Are you using vista? Because like I said there is another thingie in between I think, for vista.
You might try going into windowed mode for COH, that might make it easier. -
** Power supply
** Overheating (very likely if you're in a warm area in summer)
** Firewall issues, but that's mainly shutting the program down, not shutting off.
Myself, it's always been overheating issues that have actually turned the whole computer off. Make sure your rig is clean and dust free, open it up and use it without a case for a while and see if that helps, or put another fan on it (not on the same power supply, something off another strip).
Make sure your heat sink is properly pasted up, thermal paste goes between it and the chip, when my computer was dying an untimely death it was because there was *none* between - the heat sink wasn't doing diddly. (that, and it was clogged entirely with cat fur.) -
If you have any kind of paint program, open it. Get back into coh, hit print screen. If you're NOT in Vista, you can then tab out to the paint program and hit paste or the appropriate item in that program's menu (like, new, paste to new, etc).
If it's vista there's something else to do I think, you'd have to ask someone else.
If you don't HAVE a paint program I highly recommend Paint Shop Pro 8 - the cheap, earlier version than the ones out right now. By Jasc, not corel. You can get it online inexpensively and it does everything you'd ever need an art program to do, and it's pretty easy to use. -

lol Even without WANTING it, when you're paired up with nubs, you learn something from it

I've always been fond of the Sharp pattern. Here's ... well, a boatload of versions. The only differences between a couple are the jewel or ring on the chest. Otherwise, just to show off the three color bits. Sorry it's big (this is 40% of original size lol)
