Those of you who think KM stinks should take some time and read through the pylon results threads on the scrapper boards.

Quote:I don't really care about the token, but I would love to have my points.Currently tokens are being awarded only at the end of the month play period and are being awarded based on playtime, not subscribed time. Basically, no one should get new tokens before Oct 14 (a month after release), but beyond that it's a random guess as to which day it will come on.
I'm betting that there are plenty of people who can prove this post false, but this is how it is being explained by support. -

It has been 3 days since my renewal date, and no points. Has anyone had any luck?

Today my StJ/Invul was born, he goes by the name of Smack-Down.

I went with Smack-Down, and so far I am having so much fun!

As I still do not have my 550 points, I am excited to see what Zwill has to say on the matter. I expect you correct and I will get them on the 10th, which is not a big deal for me. Now, if I did not have enough to Buy street Justice today (if it is in the store) then it would be a big deal to me.

That is going to put a huge dent in my life if it is StJ.

Quote:Let's say your billing date is October 5.
1. Sever Transfers are awarded on the first of the month. (i.e. October 1)
2. Paragon Points are awarded on your billing date (i.e. October 5) - however, Freedom launch was frontloaded with extra PP, so if your account was active during launch, you got extra PP. Therefore, if your billing date is before October 11 (according to a GM), you won't get your PP until October 11
3. Paragon Reward Tokens are awarded at the end of your billing month (i.e. November 4)
Yes, this means that anyone whose billing date is October 1 through October 10, you won't get your PP until October 11.
Yes, that means the rewards are all on a different award date. Yes, that is kind of dumb.
Sweet! Good to have an answer. -
Quote:As my renewal date was the 2nd, it would be really odd for me to have already gotten my points. This is one of those things that it would be very wise of the devs to straighten out now, and not later. If you look in your Master Account under Billing Info it should list all the dates you've been rewarded points. From what I understand if you got points on the 14th of September you got your next monthly stipend early.
I did get 550 points on Sept 14th. I am just not sure why I would get my Oct points in Sept. -

Quote:Seems that does show the VIP additions, and I was correct in that mine were not added today.I'm not sure if it will show just what you are after, but there is this...
Open up the store, click on "my account", login. Now select "billing summary" tab and scroll down to the "microtransactions history" section (last 90 days).
It does list the additions, too. -
Guess if I don't have my points by noon tomorrow then I will submit a ticket. What would be great if there was a point tracing system that would track what I have purchased, and the point balance. If there already is, let me know where I can see it.
I am pretty sure that last night I had 2550 points, and right now I still have that much even though I have already been billed for my renewal. -
Quote:This. You can mix and match to get to t9. Where as I had to just spend time subbed to get to where I was when Freedom when live.Took me 7 years and a lot more than $400. With no way to lessen either of those. And it isn't either/or for you, spending more money lessens the time, more time going by lessens the money you need.
At this point I have spent enough to have tokens banked though. -
Except you also get a token for every $15 you spend on points.
-
I have no need for tokens till new costumes replace celestial, as I was t9 when it went live. I have points saved, but I just want to be sure I get them. Thanks for the answers all.

Air and the wind. It is what I used for KM, and I could see it working with the other versions also.
-
So, my account renewed today, and when I checked my 550 points, nor my token were applied. Does anyone have any clue how long it takes them to apply? I am not in a hurry, as there is nothing I want to purchase, I am more just curious.
-
This is what I have seen also. Some tend to take longer than others to get to that point, but for me they have all ended up there. There just really are no bad scrapper secondaries.

Quote:I respectfully disagree. It has been made clear that the long skirt was one of (if not the) most desired piece of the revamp. No doubt people want the rest of the items that were not given also."The Best" and "most desired" are opinions.
The more exotic something is, the less use you can get out of it, and therefore a tougher decision for the art team to spend more time on (or not) giving to us.
I'd rather they give us a set that's in the same general family as the look the NPCs have, and make parts that are more interchangable with parts that aren't a part of the set, than spend an inordinate amount of time giving us a special hat so 5% of the players can use it on one costume.
I do still think it is only a matter of time, and the money we are willing to spend on it too. Which it is hard to blame them for. The goal is to make money, and it is proven that costumes is something the company can make money on. I am not defending the practice, just being a realist.
I want those items...BAD. I get the impression that this ship has sailed though, and nothing will be added till the next CoT pack. Humm, things like this, and the party pack are just more clear reasons why the marketing dept. is so.....disliked.
