    AAo Numbers

    The problem is that if they "fix" it, the pulse might end up with AAO dropping itself or basically not showing a value for a small period of time. Many will just view this as a big nerf, and the current double stack only lasts for a fraction of a second. This problem really applies to all of the shields with benefits like this including RttC and (probably) Invincibility.

    FM and ELM are quite popular with shields as well.
  3. Brute claws has a taunt duration of 41s (base 20) at lvl 50. Tanker electric melee has a taunt duration of 30.75s (base 15) at lvl 50.
  4. Alright thanks for the comments. Yeah I was just trying to squeeze out as much F/C as I could, but I guess it's impractical for another ~140 mil. I could use those slots to recharge hasten and CP faster.

    Invincibility at 22 is just me being a scrapper, putting off the taunt aura until after stamina. But I guess with few attacks I can just have all my toggles on, haha. I can swap that around easily, although 2 attacks for a posi tf seems a little sad. I guess that's what temps and vet powers are for. I reworked it a bit and got S/L/E/N to 46.16% and left F/C at 41.16%, which is fine since I don't use the demon farm map at all (and it shouldn't give me problems anyway, hah).

  7. So most of my work is done on Scrappers, so here I am at the mercy of you, the Tanker Forums, to help me critique this Inv/SS idea I have.

    A few highlights: No unstoppable, no Perma DP, traded off for Capped S/L defense, nearly capped F/C/E/N defense (With 1 person in range) while maintaining capped S/L resistance. Not using the glad's proc because I don't want to gather another 2 billion for another toon. Would this Tanker be viable for end game play?

  8. The big advantage of triumph is the quality of the people here. You'll run into a lot of great people and some of them have already messaged you here!

    For me, I run lots of TFs blueside....all the time. That's how I get my levels and badges. I have a friend who, all he does is form pugs and do radio missions/AE. To each their own, and it all works.

  10. So I quit in the middle of making my Kat/WP guide, but I tried to update it as much as I could since then. I know there's been some questions for DM and SD in particular, so I was thinking about making a guide for the pair. If anyone wants to contribute anything to the guide or have some additional tips they want me to add let me know, I plan on following my Kat/WP guide's layout for the post.

    You can leave the suggestions here or send them to me via a pm if you'd rather. Any tips, low budget builds, high end builds and the like will be appreciated (Otherwise, I'll just have my frankenslotting build, leveling build and high end build to include).

    What you're probably seeing is that you're standing at the spawn location, or close to it. So you'll hit the aggro cap, the others will still stand around you, and while some go down, they'll be replaced by the others, and it'll give you that effect. But you'll still only have the aggro cap fighting you at any given time.

  14. Well I'm looking to sell off this Panacea Proc, I need the funds to buy a Glad's Armor Unique. Anybody want it for 1.5 bil, simple trade? It's on the market right now and I'll have lost money for listing it, but I think 1.5 guaranteed would be a good price for someone. Last two were 1.6 bil, lowest I've seen as of late is 1.5 bil and it's gone up to 2 bil before.

    If anyone's interested just let me know.
  15. After several long months of absence, I return to finish what I started oh so long ago. Since it's the first guide people see for Katana, I figure I'll finish it up and polish it off. Tomorrow morning, I plan on finishing all of the holes from my guide. Just giving a heads up.

    I have a wedding to go to right now, otherwise I'd finish it up now.

    edit: Softcapping WP usually means F/C/E/N, Katana will softcap Melee/Lethal, and that covers most holes.
