I'm not going tell you what playstyle to use when pvping with a PB but if you want to do dwarf/human this build needs some work. Your shields cost end but you have no end reduction. Your heals aren't fully slotted. There are alot of empty slots. I can see you focused on dwarf form but there is no recharge in the heal there. You might wanna invest some slots in the teleport. There is only one slot in hasten and no recharge in your Light Form. If you plan to go around and pvp with this you will have to consider KB protection unless you plan on sitting in dwarf form alot. You could put some KB protection in the freebie slots of combat flight and energy flight. I would drop radiant strike for one of the first tier blasts. Pulsar is a horrible power that you only one slotted and the animation will get you killed if you try to pvp with it. You really need to slot at least one of your travel powers. If you don't you won't catch anyone and you won't escape any spikes. You have Q-fly as an escape but right now its your only decent form of travel. Why did you take nova form if you aren't going to slot it and you don't plan to use it?

I've had success PvPing with a PB. They're alot easier to pvp with since the i13 buffs.

Blaster type is irrelevant for that pairing. I suggest Sonic or Psi because they are your top choices for blaster primaries at the moment.

You sure?.......There is a blaster named Strike Flame runnin around RV all the time and someone has been payin your base rent.....

I remember you and your sg. Your old SG leader tried getting most of T.I./OS banned back in the day. As far as pvp is concerned Triumph is still the "friendly" server and there will always be people that come for badges and farming and cry when you kill them. The pvp on Freedom is pretty much a 24/7 gankfest. Triumph has higher quality pvp but its rarely seen now.
