It took me about 3 years to get this badge on one of my toons, granted I kept him at a low level the whole (Just wanted the mallet) but I finally got it a few months ago. The i16 changes makes it easier. Way I did it was I found lvl 50s that was just RPing and afk in Peregine Island and asked if they would mind teaming with me.

With the new SK system they were able to go about their business and not be near me while I could run around PI as lvl 49. I then found a Master Illusionists and kept hitting her and had her on follow. She would send out her pets and I would kill them and then just follow her around until she sent out more.

You don't have to kill the fake illusionists, you just have to hit them at least once. This made it easier since they disappear pretty fast. I believe I would get 6 pets per summons and you only need to defeat 100 now.

This did take an hour or two but the last twenty went faster since the guy I was SKed too was done RPing and went and found another Master Ill and was doing the same thing, so obviously the more people you have the better.

I believe the fastest way to get the badge is to do a hard Carnival mish with a few controllers and so they can lock down the multiple pets, but if you can't find a team and can't find someone who has a carny mish then the method I used does work, just takes long.

I wont be able to get on until maybe this weekend, but if you haven't gotten the badge by then then I'll help you out.

I have an idea for a music video for a SG I'm in, but I'm not sure how or what program people use to make videos like this and how they managed to add characters and such to them. Any ideas?

I'm looking at bringing something over that I started (meaning started with friends, not the idea, I'm sure someone else has already done this) over from the Red Side to the Blue.

First off let me start with a short backstory. At the first of the year I was busy with a number of personal things so I wasn't able to play the normal hours I usually do and the only times I could squeeze in CoH was late late night/early early mornings. At this time of night no one from my RP SG was on so I decided to roll the electric brute I've always wanted to play since there were alot of rumors that blue side would never get electric melee....*taps foot*...

I tried a number of VGs but never really could 'fit in' with them so since I was wanting to play with the base editor too, I decided to fill my own VG with alts and make an apartment. To get my RP fix I worked/work as a bartender in Pocket D...Yes I had to sink that low to find RP in CoV...

While there I met two other people who also had Apartment bases, we ended up coalitioning each other and frequantly RPed and teamed together and RPing that we lived in the same apartment building.

I've thought about it and would like to do that Blue side aswell with my new electric scrapper. I'm about to start building my apartment and wanted to see if anyone is interested in forming a type of coalition simular to that of the Paragon Shield and another group of SGs that I can't remember their name .

In a sense this group of people would be a SG in that we'd add each other to coalition and friendslist to see when each other is on. We'd have coalition chat to talk to each other and would be able to see it all just like the normal SG channel. But you're still by yourself.

So you'd have the all the advantages of being in a SG but at the sametime you wont be expected to be on at certain times, wont be expected to team with only certain people, wont be expected to log in all the time,ect,ect.

The "apartment building" would give new people to team and RP with on a more frequent bases whenever you want too (if the other person wants to at that time of course), it gives you more places to RP, and just opens up to new experiences.

The main downside to it would be that you can only have 8 players (or whatever the coalition limit is) in the group, but of course we may not even get that many who are interested lol.

I know I probably could of explained all this better, kinda doing it in a rush as I'm about to leave so I'll probably reread it tonight and clearify a few things.

In the meantime is this something you may be interested in being apart of? Any suggestions or comments would be great

I can't get pictures right now, but I colored SS and EA blue/light blue and put it on my Aquakid for a water melee/water armor look.

HA like anyone in CoX would want an Offical PvP server

Just finished visiting Pocket D where a "RP" SG was arguing with a group of nonRPers and telling them to go to another server. Was somewhat funny to watch. I really enjoy seeing two people start a fight online and hear them talk about how they're gonna kick each other's butts if they don't shut up and leave.

Like either could really do anything.

But it got me thinking, I remember that WoW has official RP servers where if even your name wasn't good enough they would ban you from the server. Would you want Virtue to be like that?

Part of me would, I think since AE was introduced there's been alot more idiots on Virtue and a whole heck of a lot more Marvel/DC clones. Call me biased but I wouldn't mind it going back to being mostly RPers around Virtue.

If the devs ever did make Virtue the Official RPing server do you think that it would hurt them in the long run with people getting kicked/leaving Virtue?

My characters miss me....

I didn't know where else to post this, but figured someone here would know.

I have a SG full of my own characters that is being used as a "Test base" for the real SG that my main is in. We use it to test out new room ideas, ect,ect for the main base. Now I'm wanting to have one of my new character's an apartment base but would need some of my alts that are in the first SG to switch.

My question is, if I have a hero drop from his current 15 member SG would it take away the prestige it gave when he join? What if I kicked the member out, does it change anything?

I downloaded the client for it about a year ago but just never did try it.

I haven't been able to log into CoH for a little over a week now but I did today. When I logged out the Updater came back up with a blank screen but downloaded something that was 85.5mbs. Could that mean i16 may be out this week or next?

Just curious, did anyone give in and try it out? I have my paid off pre-order waiting for me, but I can't decide if I want to pick it up or cancel it.

At one point there were two (maybe three) big "Atlantis" groups around Paragon City but I haven't really seen any of them in maybe a year. I teamed pretty often with the leader of one of the groups, if I can remember how to spell his name I'll get his global for you.

Ended up going with this for now. I like it, but not sure they're big enough.

Hi, I'm working on a new base and it's simular to how the Fantastic Four have their main portion of the base on the top floor of the Baxter Building. So I was wanting to place elevator doors behind the portal entrance, but so far everything I've tried haven't really jumped out at me.

So far the only thing that I somewhat like is putting 6 Modern Picture Frames together. It works, but not really what I was going for, does anyone have any suggestions?

Yeah I just tried a bunch of names that didn't have globals attached to them and none of them freed up. I'm pretty sure that that only works during certain times that the devs enable it.

It wouldn't surprise me if the devs did another name purge around the time Going Rogue is released.
