Perhaps youve hit the max res for a windowed version can't say for sure, can't be bothered running tests sure someone will be able to give you a better answer on the morrow

As far as bang for your buck goes frankenslotting seems to work well, never had a 50 so can't really say whether your bonuses will compare with a 'luxury' set build but given I can frankenslot 4/5 charecters easily for the cost of one 'pimped' build I would say it probably still compares rather favourably.
For this I blame the devs, what is the point of 120%+ dmg when it will be nefered to 100% anyway and ED is no equise it apparently went live b4 sets did. -
Never done much PvP myself but to be honest unless you are using a dedicated gaming keyboard the necassity to check key, press and return to 'usual' movement keys is probably not going to save you a lot of time (In fact to my mind it may be a lot more 'tiring' because of the constant changes of perception') so perhaps leave your left hand alone.
But setting your num pad to character numbers and using +/- etc. for your best buffs/debuffs may give you a secondary right hand position that may be of some use.
Can't remember the exact syntax of the top of my head but if you've read a couple bind guides you can probably find the relevent parts or maybe someone with more experience would be good enough to explain in more detail the binds I mean.

it just doesnt feel natural... if u have a katana the last thing when u are stealth attacking is rooted... to me body kinetics (ie body movement) is important becoz it doesnt flow or feel natural it feels odd (this is only a pvp cmplaint though) in PvE tbh i couldnt care less

To be honest animation in PvP is rather borked basiccally because of the speed of the two interacting enities. TBH even our most advanced engine would look kinda stupid trying to recreate the pysics involoved, even if you could move while activating what if you chose to move in the opposite direction you would still end up landing a punch on something 50' away the only other option , you must be within x feet of target to activate power and mantain that through activation time would be equally unworkable IMHO. Perhaps there is a middle ground where you are confined to 'follow' target during activation but even this is not easily implementable given the current Engine or perhaps any engine given todays technology. -

It's possible no rooting is neccsary at all but the animation involved in accounting for 256 starting postions * 32 variations (walking, running, jumping etc..) is still a little beyond todays tech AFAIK, The engine NC uses was written many years ago now and anyone in the industry will tell you using tools even 6 months older will never yield results as good as the 'state of the art' but then again using simpilar, less fluid animation might put you one step ahead of a uber physics uber defenition system as far as implementing total seamlessness goes.
But back to your point I've never really heard many complaints about the fact we need to be kinda static when 'playing' powers why is it of such great concern to you? As AoC has proved hi-tech does not an enjoyable game make neccaseraly

Rooting is one of those 'neccasery sins' that animators require to smoothly intergrate various animations, without a nuetral stance there is nothing to start from or return to. -

The last post other than this seems to be around July (just quick check of front face so don't quote me) sorry my mistake that's just the pinned threads it seems some people do still enter this dusty, web ridden, corner of our forums, why I'm not sure, I find it hard to beleive a real red name has visited here in years and if they did obviously managing to string a sentence together was just too much to ask!!! -

No No that was later supersided by what is generally refered to as 'No Way Law' Where even though the awesomeness might excist it will be rarely recognised or acknowledged and actually often met with aggresion or derision until a long time after the multiverse is safe again -
The only case I can see for really needing this tool is if they vetted your server access by Geo IP then People who pysically emmigrated wouldn't be able to access all there work, but I would imagine you would need to prove that you residencey has changed and AFAIK they don't vet by IP or no-one EU side would have any access to US servers.
A few players thinking the 'grass is always greener' is unlikley to create enough demand for it to be worth implementing. -

Given they have to run seperate servers in the first place because of legal reasons it seems unlikley they are going to offer to help you circumvent that nessecity.

Ok I think I better understand the changes that where made now, The 'conning' scalar for to hit has changed places in the formula used so it better applies in an even way compared to resistance scaling which because it uses a simpler formula always applied.

Okay let me run that question by you again
Defense=To hit based mitigation therefore as To hit scales Def now scales to compensate.
Resistance=Dmg based mitigation so AS DMG SCALES does resistance also scale to compensate or has the application of this balancing equation to defence actually reduced resistance abilities in a like for like comparison?
