Never done much PvP myself but to be honest unless you are using a dedicated gaming keyboard the necassity to check key, press and return to 'usual' movement keys is probably not going to save you a lot of time (In fact to my mind it may be a lot more 'tiring' because of the constant changes of perception') so perhaps leave your left hand alone.
But setting your num pad to character numbers and using +/- etc. for your best buffs/debuffs may give you a secondary right hand position that may be of some use.
Can't remember the exact syntax of the top of my head but if you've read a couple bind guides you can probably find the relevent parts or maybe someone with more experience would be good enough to explain in more detail the binds I mean.

ok sorted all the 'team' numbers fine, for some reason cant bind thaw to the numpad enter key, seems to fix itself to main keyboard enter instead, any ideas where im going wrong, god i hate this bind lark its doing my suede in! :P

Ok so far ive managed without them, probably because im used to playing straight forward toons where i can simply point and click (albeit probably not the best way) using my mouse. However ive ventured into the realms of 'support' toons and i'll be the first to suggest that I SUCK! Yes i am talking PvP and i would like advice on primarily binding cauterize and thaw for ease and wat to bind to keywise. looked at a few 'macro/bind' sites and its a bit of a head doer tbh. So anyone got some good advice from personal experience? Idiot-proof instructions wud be most grateful, as i cba with this click person click power experience im having atm>>>far too stressful, scream for thaw, scream for heal,oh yes i can click then by time i have there outta range OMG! arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! lmao
