I think that it would be pretty nice to have access to the outfit (and accessories) worn by the Cimeroran Sybils (and Sister Airlia). It could also come with the option of wearing Tights underneath (for the more modest female characters). That's really a nice belt that they wear!
I'd also like to put in my vote to get "butt capes" added for costume modification.

Is there a way that we could exchange items from Heroes to Villains and vice-versa?
I would think that cooperative zones, by their very nature, allow interaction between the two disparate factions, so this would seem to be both plausible and logical.
I hope this is a viable idea and we'll see it enacted sooner than Soon(tm) -- especially with "Going Rogue" just over the horizon! -
How about this solution ...?!
Players may buy Veteran's Rewards. The cost is $45 for whatever comes at each 3-month plateau, and they have to get each plateau in succession.
Thus, it would cost $2700 USD to get the 60-month Veteran's Reward.
Simple solution!
Players are happy because they've secured their swag. NCSoft is happy because they've gotten more money in hand.
