I'm inclined to both agree here, to a certain extent. Teams ARE easy to find, yes, but you have to put in a little bit more than "a little" effort to find them. Of course, it's easier when you're in a supergroup, but still.

Hey, [dubbed-in voice]EARL YOU,[/dubbed-in voice] buddy. Saban's Masked Rider got me into Kamen Rider in the first place. I just... y'know, haven't watched any of the Heisei series until Kabuto. Hell, if I can find the entire series fansubbed (or I learn Portugese or something), I may try and watch Black and Black RX. LOVED ZO, though, mostly for the Nightmare Fuel monsters.

Still wondering what Den-O would've been like if the actress playing Hana didn't ragequit...

Ernie Hess's TF is always fun. I could probably tag along on my MA/SR Scrapper, though truthfully, I also need to run him through Terra Volta sometime.

I also have a MA/Regen Scrapper around the Hess TF range, but I'm leaning more toward the MA/SR. But that's just me.

General opinion is that Den-O wasn't GRIMDARK enough for today's average English-speaking adult Kamen Rider fan. I myself loved it, but I stopped watching shortly before the idol / actress playing Hana (I forget her Real Name™) got too stressed out and ragequit. So, I haven't seen the awesomeness that is Liner Form and TRAIN SLASH.

Still, though, even with all the previous episodes, I couldn't marathon them like I could with Kabuto. First Heisei Rider series I could actually get into, though I really wanna start watching Ryuki and Faiz.

Also, you can NEVER get enough of COMMON RIDER DRAGON KNIGHT, for TOGETHER, WE CAN FIGHT THE FIGHT.

Since I don't have the DVDs, and I'm not willing to subject myself to fansub group drama, I can't form an informed opinion.

However, the dub isn't as bad as most people would think. Certainly better than SEED's, but not as good as G's, even WITH the obligatory Name Changes To Protect The Children™. Of course, that's just my opinion, so...

Meh. As long as they show Gundam 00 (the first Gundam series I got excited about ever since I discovered subs for Turn A) and the occasional ECW, then the name change isn't too jarring for me.

It's still stupid, though.

IIRC, the two Poison Traps aren't the same; Traps' version has a Hold / vomit while Poison's version has a sleep and END drain.
