  1. huh. Also i forgot that its the only recharge intensive pet so 2 of them have to go in it.

    the Defense aura and Resist aura in your Soul Extractions i don't agree with since its not a permanent pet your pets are only going to get those buffs while soul extraction is up.

    I find that avoiding aggro to yourself helps a lot. Provoke and Electric fences i think will get yourself killed more often then good. Hasten and Stealth would be what i would do instead.

    Ive seen a video of a Thugs/Storm MM and he was amazing soloing 1/8 or 0/8 i forget which one but he took Thunder Clap which seems to work really well as a MM.

    People always say things they wouldn't normally say if they were in person. I know plenty of studies have been done.

    And yes thank u. Someone gave a reason behind not having swap ammo on a archery and i agree with it. The balance issue they would have to do to archery would be too much and it would ruin it for some, that wont work. :P

    So scratch the Swap ammo option. It wouldn't work

    where did mind beams come into the conversation? That's why mind beams are for Superheroes :P Duel pistols is pretty much realistic compared to everything in the game.

    My deliver is whats called plain text. The interpretation of that plain text depends on the attitude of the reader toward the subject at hand. If you want clear communication let me set up a meeting place and ill actually talk to you people. It's text, it has no one single version. The only way to really truly tell is if they use :P XD O.o etc.

    Archery Overhaul

    Its a suggestion, I'm not saying redo the whole set but what if i wanted to make an Indian that shot poison tipped arrow heads. Is is not the reason for Swap ammo on a Duel Pistol? That is a realistic set but somehow you can shoot Ice/Fire/Poison from a gun? It can be a power that you can either choose to take and use or skip and stay as a average Joe.

    Samuel_tow actually used critical thinking and figured out what I really meant. I was just saying your a superhero and i kinda like looking like a superhero instead of some average Joe schmo. Also good point Samuel_tow. The Vanguard energy bow needs to be accompanied with energy arrows.

    And if u want natural look to then don't change it and stop complaining but for us that hate to be realistic and like to escape the real world we would love to have multiple options to the appearance of sets.

    Don't dump everything. i love the set but looks should be customizable. And as far as i know that one thing this game is famous for, right?

    Or just rip my head off, damn.

    Archery Overhaul

    Archery is so plain. Boring to watch if i may say.

    Edit the power like other sets. normal, glowing, energy, etc. Just different looks to the arrows. Most of the attack u can barely see where the arrow goes. The only way u can tell is if Orange numbers come off the enemies head.

    Also maybe add a power in replace of another that is sorta like "Swap Ammo". just keep the same effects.

    Reason this came to me is because im doing a synapse and clockwork and other enemies are strong against Smashing Lethal and my damage is so small compared to a defender. Its like wait, what! im a Blaster and the defender is doing more damage then me. Have it where i can change the composition of the arrow.
  8. If you are having End problems i would go Cardiac/Reactive/Ageless or Barrier
    If you are NOT having End problems i would go Musculature/Reactive or Diamagnetic/Barrier or Rebirth

    ----Ageless for absolute end problems from hell.

    ----Barrier for either waiting for Domination to recharge before running out of End or just for defense purposes.

    ----Rebirth for the Self Heal and Regen/HP

    ----Diamagnetic if your going to GM killing
  9. I like the second one more. Charged Brawl comes up so fast u dont need Havoc Punch. Very Nice recharge. I stand on the side of Tanks needing taunt so i say its crucial to get taunt. HP could be better. Also i like a little bit more Defense then just barely over personally. Im not saying its bad, im just saying my opinion behind it. 50+ min for Defense. Its a very nice build

  12. Okay, these is something simple that is easily do-able.

    1. Headbands that are under the "Full Mask" option needs to be under the "Mask with Hair" option. Kinda silly that headbands are under one but not the other.

    2. Being able to color the Eyes of toons. have it as a second/third option under the Face category.

    3. Be able to rotate designs on capes, chest, etc. Example: Flames on the Cape goes from bottom to top. Have a button that is named Rotate and change the Flames to go from top to bottom.

    4. More Designs!!!!!!!!!! for older pieces. There can be A LOT more hair, faces, wings, etc. They just simply need to have a overhaul with updated versions and new ones. One thing that would be pretty radical would be to have the hair move as the toon moves around. Girl toon's hair looks so plastic.

    These little things (at least compared to what you guys have been doing) would be pretty cool.
  13. Im currently working on a Radiation Melee/armor myself. Im going to make a thematic set and it will pull powers from multiple sets throughout the game. Im really loving my ideas atm and they just keep spewing out. I will post when i have it all said and done. With descriptions and everything.

    Im getting goosebumps thinking about it and i cant wait till i get home to work on it.

    Also its just a rangle plot...dont listen to anything he says cause its part of his master plan. Rangle i would like to get in contact with u to put this power set together and send it to the Devs as a final piece. They will love it.

    The melee will work off of the armor when combined. Im plnning on a type of Rage power for the "Build Up" but it wont work the same way as the actual Rage. I will work along side the "Radiation" idea.

    Trust me everyone. So far i cant stop thinking about it. And cant wait till i set up and entire thread on my idea. When i post it i would like some feedback.

    Ive got 3 chance for damages in my Quills and each one has a chance for firing off everytime a quill comes out and hits.

    Each pulse of a quil has 3 different chances for damage. Ive had it do 120 damage to enemies .

    Throw Spines with a chance for Knockdown is really nice to have.

  18. I suggest if u want a Fire blast and be able to solo mobs with ease and rip through things then make a Corrupter.

    EDIT: you probably have already made it and trying to slot it so try making a corrupter and compare your playing style between the two

    Blasters make up for Defenders/Controllers. Corrupters are stand alone toon because their counterparts can solo easy too. Villains are villains and go at it alone. Heroes are heroes and work together.
  19. I think you are working too hard to get a high defense to and is missing the point of "Blaster".
    You are a blaster and u are made to produce DAMAGE. Heroes are "Team" players who rely on one another. For all my blasters i make i work primarily on damage and Recharge. Then i try and work in defense/resist.

    Also problem with Defense on a blaster is
    1. the fact that you dont have a lot of resist so if u do get hit IT HURTS.
    2. A LOT of defense debuff enemies in the game.
    3. NO Defense debuff resistance
    4. If a blaster is able to stand in a mob and not get killed without help, I question how much of a team player they are.
    5. And because they can tank im always worried that are they going to be any help when it comes to AVs/GM/M/Hami/etc.

    Here is my Elect/Eng blaster. My Fire/Eng is, atm, not on this computer.
    EDIT: 3 Sec off of perma Hasten with tier 4 Spiritual, 1606 HP (Which is cap), and 14.9 hp/s, Oh and fairly cheap

  20. Well this whole question was too general. Ambush and Reg farms? Bosses no Bosses. Blaster will never beat out a Scrapper/brute/tank. I cant really say never but most people cannot build a OP blaster. Also AE??? Well your either going for Influence or Tickets. Ambush farming like the old http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VAFI9f3kFEQ farm that was epic with my Soft capped Fire/Kin/Stone controller.

    If it is Reg farming like BM map which you are not but for those who came here for suggestion on reg drop farms then i would suggest a DP/Fire or Archery/MM

    DP/Fire is Fire Sword Circle -> Burn -> Hail of Bullets
    Archery is Rain of Arrows -> Fistful of Arrows -> Psychic Scream or Explosive Arrow

    DP/Fire could be epic ambush farm if u build up to Cap S/L
