I'm using Barrier for my FM/WP. With no DDR(or at least so little that it is meaningless), it can be very helpful.
Im running Rebirth for the Regen and Heal since Willpower has no Heal. and it works towards my badge 
Thorns - Spines/Willpower Scrapper (1366 Badges)
I went with Barrier. Even in the last 60s seconds it puts my my L/S Def at 44%, and much higher before that. I don't run it perma though, still use it more of an emergency button, when I notice my Def is getting debuffed a lot.
Still eyeing Rebirth though, probably get both eventually and switch around as needed depending on what the Team brings or what we fight (Hami comes to mind).
Good to know. I picked up ageless during an itf last night and it worked nicely.
Will be picking up rebirth and barrier though as well, for different situations whenever needed.

I have t3 Barrier and Rebirth. Working up to t4 for each. The flexibility is great to balance with the empaths, bubblers and kins that I may have on the team.

My Will tanker is going Rebirth, but she's soft-capped to most damage types.

I thought about rebirth for the nice extra regen bonus, but have ageless at the moment for the debuff resistance. And when I don't need it i'll probably just end up getting rebirth as well as I don't think the resistance side of barrier will benefit as much as rebirth as I am soft-capped to most types as well.
One of the reasons I'm leaning towards Rebirth is that if you have a really solid scrapper (or tanker or brute), in high end content there can be things going on that *you* may survive just fine, but all the support characters who are letting you take down an AV through debuffs, etc., may be getting killed off. For example Scirrocco in the STF, with his huge AoE/mezz, or working on containers in the Lambda. Rebirth lets you react to a bad situation for the team, whereas with Barrier you may have to guess more when the team is about to get nailed with something.

My question is about my kat/wp
Currently running spiritual alpha healign around 80hp/s w/ 1 foe engaged from RttC. (130 when @ 10 foes)
I am having a hard time to decide on which, I am open to change my build around according to different destiny buffs. The ageless radial side sounds interesting for the +debuff resistance, which is /willpower's weakness. Any thoughts on this?
