  1. When I created Zikar all those years ago as an Energy/Energy blaster, I knew what I really wanted... white energy blasts. Needless to say that Power Customisation was extremely popular with me.
But anyway, Zikar's energy powers are that, he can control internal energies and hurl them or cloak his fist in them or even use them to fly by creating a field around himself an levitating it.

At any rate, when CoV came around, I decided to make an evil alternate reality version of him called Zykat.
He'd need similar powers, so it had to be a Dominator since they had energy assault. But what primary... hmmm... Gravity Control! So yes, he doesn't control gravity, but rather he uses his energy to lift, crush and contain enemies, sort of like he does when he's flying.

So, Praetoria is now here, and I decided I need another version of Zikar. Settling on Zikal, his power had to be energy related too... but I decided to take a different tact with this guy... Kinetic/Elec scrapper.

So yeah, I've managed to re-purpose 3 sets into "energy"
  2. Didn't read the whole thing, but it looks pretty detailed.

Just an FYI, (from what I've heard) tornadoes work on a totally different weather system to global warming...

Note: I'm not arguing global warming, nor should we go down that route, I'm just saying tornadoes have nothing to do with it

Maybe but journalistic integrity shouldn't care about whether something is well known or popular.

Alot should be a word, it's no different then any other contacted word, just more modern.

Edit: Just realised it's not technically a contraction as that would require the omission of a letter.
  7. If it has more action that the first, then I'll enjoy it.

My guess is, if they did that, they'd just not let you go into the destroyed building. Maybe put a force field around it.
  9. The more I think about it, the more I wonder Diminishing Returns is really as bad as people say... I mean, it doesn't effect a solo character right? Just buffs from the same powers? So, only a few powers would be effected by this, or teams that had say, two bubblers or something... but even then it wouldn't negate the benefit of two bubblers completely, just take the team down a notch.

    Am I missing something?

No, that was the old technique, this one can move stuff metres... through air. Still only small stuff though.

Try /command <parameter> instead."
I like the ones that talk about args... they make me laugh.
  13. There's a slash command
    On:
    /showfps 1

    Off:
    /showfps 0

You're misremembering, my rig can play Ultra mode maxed out with decent FPS just about everywhere.
  16. I don't think anyone would have called that...

As someone who recently reinstalled Mass Effect via Steam, I can say that I was never required to do any verification/activations/registrations of any sort.

Steam has it's own DRM system. It's fairly unobtrusive and games can be played offline.

Edit: Unless, as stated, a developer's DRM supersedes it.

Akira Toriyama intended Dragonball to be a modern retelling of "A Journey to the West" but after a while it took on a life of it's own.
  22. I think it's likely due to Phantom Army, since he can't actually attack them effectively, he runs away.

Yes, it's dumb, but I'm betting that's the reason.
