Not quite sure what you'd be aiming at for a Rad/Rad. Guess more rech wouldn't go amiss, seeing as one quick detoggle renders you useless while they recharge.
The LG proc is nice, but i do recommend the Achilles' Heel proc, in the attack you fire off the most. A nice bit of extra -res.
If you really want a mids code for it, i can knock one up later tonight, but i'm of the opinion that it's pretty hard to go wrong on a Rad/Rad, and there's not a massive performance improvement you can get, outside of more recharge so that your toggles and attacks are up faster. -

Though I'd expect something like that to happen in a sequel, more so than some massive overhaul patch. But, here's to hoping, 'eh? -
I *should* be about then. Fantastic SF, this. I can offer (all at the top end of the range, and thus can mentor)
ice/cold corr (though he's sub-par at lvl 30)
Fortunata
Ice/Ice domi
DB/Sr Br00t
Happy to see the whole team makeup before deciding -
Both are perfectly viable. Just take both damage auras. Spines/Fire is still quite shiny and new, but there's nothing wrong with Spines/DA
-
The main reason that this is viable to go staminaless, is your reliance on 'Heat Loss', which is like Kinetic's Fulcrum Shift, but with endurance.
Take Stamina up until that point, to get a feel for Cold/, and respec out of it once you have good recharge on HL (you want as little downtime as possible, considering how expensive some of the /Ice and Cold/ powers are) -

Surely the only non-global storage is the Inv salvage vaults. All the others are global to the SG.
[/ QUOTE ]
Yep, that's very true. My bad
The more global thing may then only relate to that inv storage, in having the ability to withdraw from it on any toon. But i digress, that's not something i'm going to argue for or against here. Only posted here with my thoughts on the OP, c'est tout -
If i need something on another character, and somebody i trust is about and free, then yes. A few mill inf when the SOs expire, or that rare salvage you have on another character which your current one needs, etc.

Though in terms of salvage, ehns, and base salve, making those global, and having more control over permissions (having experienced and seen SG theft) gets a whopping great big /signed from me.
[/ QUOTE ]
Not sure what you mean here. What greater control do you want? And what do you mean by Global?
[/ QUOTE ]
Re: More control, Permissions Per table, instead of a sweeping access per rank. For example, anyone can go and grab some Tech Power and Tech Material for a base empowerment, but why should that allow them to touch any Set/Generic IOs I also decide to store in the base? (the issue of trust etc has been dredged up a thousand fold, not debating it here, just clarifying what I meant for you)
Making things global = storage that can be accessed by all characters. Though i'm perfectly happy with the way it is, as there are people that i trust to do transfers (which, unless it's inf for a new toon, is rather seldom) -
I think the argument that has always been used re: Recipe storage, is that it will cause people to hoarde all of the 'very rare and desierable' recipies, making them even harder to get on the market.
But to your actual suggestion, it sounds very hard to do without use of extra instancing. Which i think would be a step backwards in terms of making the base editor and bases more applicable to everyone.
Though in terms of salvage, ehns, and base salve, making those global, and having more control over permissions (having experienced and seen SG theft) gets a whopping great big /signed from me. Sadly, the rest of it does not, though it's a novel idea regardless -

I'm absolutely shocked at the amount of toys that have left prams over these last 3 (or is it 4?) threads, having been birthed from the same, frankly, rather pathetic origin. I hope it dies a swift death, so GenericDoom4548 can come along tomorrow and we can all dance to its tune instead -
REsulting in less vetertan players being recycled to pass on knowledge to newplayers, and a desolate feel to the game at level 1-20, as almost all lvl 50 owners would do this

Congratulations for not succumbing to fatal injury in the last calendar year! Have some cake!

Not to mention most attempts to keep them in one place are foiled when they phase.
That being said, i'd do my best to keep all of them pinned in a corner, and everyone at the defense soft cap. That should at least take some of the strain off this hunt -

A police band would work, but you'd need 8 man top rep to spawn some. THe arc is fine (again, top rep), but iic, there is a massive warehouse (or outdoor) map on that arc. It's just a matter of herding them to the right spot, and surviving (Most favour using a well outlevelled mission for this, as the MIs are genuinely nasty)
[/ QUOTE ]
You can spawn Master Illusionists at Unyeilding (IIRC) on a two player spawn, I know this because they are the bane of my fire/kin duos life. :'(
[/ QUOTE ]
Hmm, that's bizzare. It also depends on the level. We tried to get them for this badge redside, and pre level 40, they simply wouldn't spawn...but playing around with the rep, 8 man, top rep, spawned the most.
More MIs =more decoys every 3 minutes (the timer on their summon, unless they're slowed), = less time spent doing this dull, dull badge :P -

That 5% will please a lot of people who covet their invul/ tanks, brutes, scrappers. To everyone else under your definition alphane, they won't give a rat's [censored].

*Raises hand*
Always preferred the 'storm' part of my Illu/Storm troller.
I can do tuesday or wednesday anytime, and saturday evenings on and off. If you want me to knock something up on mids let me know, would be interesting. What sort of dynamic are you aiming for? -

All in all, it was pretty easy really. Don't know what I was worried about.

Glad you enjoyed it! -

I really cant motivate myself to play a new character until all of those elements come together.
[/ QUOTE ]
This is basically *exactly* how I operate also! -
If you are going to change the date, just send me an offliner ingame defcon, you know how to get a hold of me. Doubt i'll look here in time
-
I disagree with you Defcon. Providing we've got them all huddled in a corner, and I'm pushing everyone into the defence soft cap, and dispersion's mez protect, we'll be fine.
This is not exactly the most popular badge hunt, 500 decoys, so can beggers really be choosers? :P -
[ QUOTE ]
Of course! DOH! *slaps head* ow...
Thats why i remember the tanks not having mudpots on back when i used to do this TF. It was the taunt in mudpots, not the attacking part! Gah! Brilliant, thanks....are you free to tank tonight?!!
[/ QUOTE ]
If there's space for two of us, DJ and I could join you. Me on my bubble fender, him on his tank. Though i can't speak for him, sadly. Drop either of us an offline tell ingame (@Xemulas, @Demonic Judgement)
Edit: Providing you're on Defiant! -

Allow heroes and villains to trade inspirations in co-op zones.
[/ QUOTE ]
^ This. And my suggestion a month or so ago, to be able to *buy* them in co-op zones, considering Ouroborous is an auto-kick when it's a mixed team -
[ QUOTE ]
We had the tower order as Red/Green/Yellow/Blue i think...certainly not Blue as priority. Will try that though Xemulas, thanks for tip.
Yes i was concerned that the Stone tank was getting flattened, but i did put a bit of that down to his healer being a controller and not a defender, thus the heals not being as much. Good point about that too. Willpower or Invulnerable tanks would be great for the larger spawns!
Cheers for the help folks
[/ QUOTE ]
You'll be surprised to know that it's probably down to the stoner's lack of using insps properly (which i'm presuming, if he a) got flattened, and b) quit in frustration). It's more important to pack insps than people realise. Though i guess that's the part of me that does this without deaths or temps every Sunday, getting the best of me
Oh! and Red/Yellow (Damage and Tohit), Green last, for sure. as that's his regen (hardly helpful to tank's suvivability, only good when you decide to bundle him) -
